I ordered food through the app. The manager on duty right before closong was very rude and did not take my order. He stated that he would not be making my order nor would he be refunding my money. I will never visit this location again...

Ordered (3) bacon chicken sandwich meals through the drive, got parked and had to wait 20 minutes. I get back to work with the 3 meals and none of the sandwiches have bacon, cheese or pickles. They did however have a gallon of mayo on each sandwich. Gross!

I want they drive thru and ordered the fish sandwich combo. $11.29.I was told by the employee in drive thru to pull up and my order would be brought out. That means if my order wasn't correct I would not have a chance to be at the window to ask questions or even GET A REFUND. Because when the employees hand you your BAG THEY RUN OFF.I asked the black girl if my order was fresh and right. She replied, you ordered the classic fish sandwich with red beans and rice. I replied yes, but I want to make sure it was fresh. She then replied, WHAT ELSE DID YOU WANT? THEN JUST WALKED AWAY.FOOD IS WAAAAAY TO EXPENSIVE for fast food restaurant to the employees to be so RUDE AND NASTY

They never have hot sauce when you ask for hot sauce you get a 10-piece chicken the chicken is not good cook good ask for hot sauce for a 10-piece they give you three hot sauce that's bad

I sit in drive thru waited on fish sandwich combos and chicken sandwich . The fish was hot but I wasn't impressed with it! It wasn't crispy enough and the fries where cold , the chicken sandwich was super dry like it's been sitting for a while as long as I waited 25 min I thought the food would be fresh. Lunch time is probably the best you get some fresh food! Plus drive thru always get the junk. Smh I spent almost $30 for some bullsh@t as food guess I got to take another break from this location,.. smh.....

Unbelievably, with Popeye's poor reputation with me, they didn't fail to give great service yesterday ! For the first time in years I got hot food and fast service. My complaints haven't been on this location, but several others. Thank you for a good experience.

Waited 45 minutes for online order. Went thru drive thru,, they asked me to pull over when I came to window.. Waited 25 mins inside and left with no food cuz I had to go 45 - 50 minutes is too long to wait for a small order.

Before walking in I notice everyone crowding around the table looks like they were celebrating and drinking wine I could be wrong I brush it off and still go on in because I just was there a few days ago and food was fresh even though they left a piece of chicken out my box and when I called the cook answered and hung up on me . Waiting in line the lady had annoyed look on her face didn’t even speak when it was my turn(just rude) I still ordered anyway. I left this review just to say the cooks are good at least from what I see when taking my food home to eat but the crew is a hit or miss because tonight the service was a negative zero.

Ok so I got a shrimp combo and side order of 3pcs tenders. The reason the score so low because the chicken tenders were still frozen like ewww! look at this… who is this for??? Step ya cookies up for they crumble forreal! Bottom of the barrel !!! frozen tenders is CRAZY!
