Received good customer service. The ghost pepper wings and fries were fresh. Its rare to get fresh hot fries from Popeyes. Also, there was a car in the drive thru that left and never went to the window to pick up their order so the cashier got the orders confused. She apologized and had her manager to give us the correct order and price.

It was only one person who acknowledged me and took care of my order. The young lady in the front with long braids. I waited 15 minutes for two pieces of chicken and when the manager was notified she rolled her eyes, the young lady who was on the register with the glasses ignored me as well. I asked how long my order would take no one responded back to me. It was only one person who was actively working, everyone else wasn’t professional. The young lady who was helping me was told that she was “doing too much” but she was just trying to make sure her customers were taking care of unlike other employees, I will rather her be on the register instead of the lady with the glasses who can’t respect those who are coming in to pay their money.

This place is a joke. Every time I order food, my order is never complete. Today I ordered 2 meals and did not receive any sides or my drinks. This is the last time I'm eating Popeye's. I am so disappointed in this company. They used to be a favorite, too.
