food was good the few times I been, but the last time I took my wife and daughter we had a bill for a little under $100 the waiter gave it to me then went inside the door watching us as if we were going to dine and dash lol i caught her peeking through the crack of the door as I went inside to pay ( we ate on the back patio as always) i opened the door she pretty much fell in my arms😂 I hate to make it about race but I feel if we were a different race she would not have watched us like that, but hey I may be wrong. It made me feel insulted so we never been back.

Hands-down, some of the best and most affordable food on the Square. The staff has been there a long time so you can tell they like it. Parking can be a little tricky so I usually park at the library anytime or on the streets or in the government lots after 5:00. If you have kids, this is hands-down the best restaurant to go to because there’s plenty of options for children and the staff is very accommodating with the kids. Also, a very vegan and vegetarian and gluten-free friendly menu. Anything and everything on the menu can be accommodated to your liking. They have team trivia on Thursdays and its super fun! They have had it for 15 years! The patio they have can easily sit 150 people and is dog friendly! They have water bowls for the doggos! I would say it’s the best patio any restaurant has in Atlanta. Not to mention, they have funky paintings and murals along with great gardening. Music is always on point too! There’s a reason it’s been there 30 years. Oh, and last thing, if you have a big size group, this is basically the best place to take them as they have a lot of space.

Love this place. Been coming since I was a toddler, now am in college. As a child I thought the mural out back of the Mona Lisa dipping a chip in salsa was accurate to the original painting. Don’t think I’ve found a better burrito in all that time. Very customizable and you can count on leftovers to take home. As a vegetarian I can say the tofu is impeccable. Everyone who works there is lovely as well, keep up the great work !

My absolute favorite restaurant in downtown Decatur. I bring all of my friends here and you should too!! Everything on the menu is delicious, make sure you try the pineapple salsa!
I’ve ordered from it many times before and the food used to be great. However, over the past two or three weeks, the quality has noticeably dropped. The rice has consistently been undercooked in multiple orders, especially during lunchtime, which makes me feel this is not just a one-time issue.
In addition, I experienced stomach discomfort twice after eating, although I’m not sure whether it was caused by the undercooked rice or something else. Still, I hope the restaurant can pay closer attention to food preparation and hygiene.
I genuinely liked this place before and would love to see it return to its previous quality. I’m leaving a 3-star review so the team is aware and can hopefully improve.

Great food and patio. Free Street parking after 600 and on Sundays. Also free parking at Decatur City Hall lot across the street from Chick-fil-A on weeknights after 500. Generous portions and quick service! Great patio and kid friendly!

It is a large burrito with lots of vegetables in the vegetarian version. And not just onions and green peppers. Mushrooms, broccoli and yellow squash along with a generous amount of black beans make this very attractive and the equivalent of two meals on your plate. It is expensive but you get to eat off it twice. My problem is the amount of cumin used. This is not a subtle spice and the kitchen is far too generous with it. In the thai salad and the guacamole as well. The guac was so overly cumined as to make it inedible by one of our group. This was a takeaway order and we were home before we found out , or I would have refused it at the table. The Thai salad was pretty and large but the cumin again. And the peanut dressing , which was supposed to be with the order, and the extra peanut dressing we ordered were both absent, so check your order before you leave the building. I thought the food was expensive but after 3 days in Decatur, I realize all the places are expensive.
