I tried this establishment on yesterday. Great customer service. However, I wasn’t impressed with the wings. I won’t be returning, especially when is 18.00 for 15 wings.

Visited the one on Flat shoals. Drive through service was horrible. We asked for something added to my burger and basically was chastised for asking! Very disappointing. No apology. Just rudeness.

Where do I begin….ALL the wings were OLD and DRY!!! The teriyaki wings were HORRIBLE!!! The sauce was a weird flavor🤮 Left a nasty taste in my mouth.😩 The lemon pepper did NOT taste like lemon pepper!🥴 The fries, although rather soggy, were the only edible thing in the order🤬 Will NEVER order anything from them again!!! If 0 was an option, that would be my rating!😩

Ordered from here via Uber eats yesterday because they had a B1G1 sale for shrimp fried rice and 6 piece wings.. I can see why they were giving it away for free.. whoever is making that rice clearly doesn’t know how to make FRIED rice. That’s shrimp STEAMED rice lol. The wings had no flavor at all and they weren’t even crispy. The food is really not even edible which is a shame because the portion size is good but the food is gross. Hire a new cook or take both these things off the menu.. first and last time eating here. 0/10.

The fountain drinks were old tasting. They need to clean it. My wings were huge and old tasting. The texture was mushy. I used to frequent this place but I'm going elsewhere.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. It was clean with good service. My food was hot. All the drinks were watered down the peach, the fruit punch, the lemonade, the fountain drinks, all water down the sauce for the wings honey lemon pepper weak even the sweet chili sauce everything seemed like it was cut. I ordered House lo mein $13 and my box wasn’t full, so yes, this was my first and my last time buying food from this establishment.

I brought four of my children to this location at their strong request. Since it was our first time visiting, I asked them to inquire with the attendant if they offered plain fried chicken. The attendant responded sarcastically, saying, “We are not KFC.” My children were shocked by her unprofessional response and returned to the vehicle disappointed. Due to this experience, we decided not to make any purchases. I kindly ask that you address this matter with your employees to ensure more professional customer service in the future.
I did trust any restaurant that has a out of order sign on the bathroom door.. that's nasty. Never again

The first time I went I ordered cat fish then the next time I went a man accused this establishment of selling his money and yesterday I ordered 3 pieces said fish with a chicken combo well long story short I WILL not return they charged me 32 dollars for freezer burnt wings that tasted old, they only want to give me one pack of tater sauce for 3 pieces of chicken that also tastes bad, the guy taking my order was very rude!!!!!!!! My food was nasty ….

I got the wings and chicken fried rice with a lemonade. Everything was hot and good. The person on the speaker had a thick accent and I could not make out what was said completely but I think he asked if the ingredients in the fried rice were okay, either way, it was considerate and good customer service. The wait was not long but expected. The drive-thru is convenient, I'm not a fan of being outside anymore. Thank you for a great experience!
