The first time I went I ordered cat fish then the next time I went a man accused this establishment of selling his money and yesterday I ordered 3 pieces said fish with a chicken combo well long story short I WILL not return they charged me 32 dollars for freezer burnt wings that tasted old, they only want to give me one pack of tater sauce for 3 pieces of chicken that also tastes bad, the guy taking my order was very rude!!!!!!!! My food was nasty ….

I got the wings and chicken fried rice with a lemonade. Everything was hot and good. The person on the speaker had a thick accent and I could not make out what was said completely but I think he asked if the ingredients in the fried rice were okay, either way, it was considerate and good customer service. The wait was not long but expected. The drive-thru is convenient, I'm not a fan of being outside anymore. Thank you for a great experience!

I called to place a order, I was told I couldn't. I got to the place to order, the same person told me oh I already put the order in we just don't cook it until u get here. After 5 people came in after me, I ask where was my order, I actually saw when he started cooking my order after the employee ask where my order was. I got there at 3:18 and didn't get my food until 3:45. No apology for being so slow but offered me a FREE eggroll. If u order over $20.00, you get a free egg roll anyway. My order was $29.00. This use to be okay, but now. I was not happy at all with this customer service and the floors were nasty.

Just left the drive thru once again & you all window customer service is trash. Im pregnant and was ordering the wing flavor just as i like it and the chinese guy was huffing and puffing loud and rudely in the speaker box. This is not the first time i received this type of services from them but they wont be getting anymore of my money after i let it slide the first time thinking maybe it was just a bad moment but no its all the time. That type of service will run your customers away

The food is okay I came and got the 6 wing combo which is ridiculously high on nov.29 around 1pm wanted to try since i drove by the girl really act like she didn't want to be there she didn't greet she didn't tell me the price of the food I had to ask she was rolling her eyes like she had an attitude and it's not cute like at least have people that go treat the customers right ill take my money else where because I normally go to atl wings this is wings or touchdown wings what im use to
