Let me start by saying this is a quaint neighborhood staple. Scout has been around for almost 20 years, keeping things low‑key in the best way. It sits inside a beautifully renovated building from 1915, full of historic charm and facing West Hill Street just off Oakhurst Square.

I wanted to love this place but I just couldn’t. Initial interaction with our server was weird. She didn’t welcome us or introduce herself. We ordered an appetizer and she walked off without asking about drinks.
