I came in and ordered my usual. An apple kiwi kale add mango no juice(sweetener) It comes out fine every time but today the blender kept stopping. When I asked the lady if she can add some coconut water or pineapple juice in it. She said “well you ask for no juice.” I tried to explain that I get it all the time and something may be off. She then rolled her eyes walked to the back to add some pineapple juice. The drink was still very watery and I had chunks of kale. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location.

I sent my middle school age son in there yesterday around 6:30pm. He came out so happy. The gentleman that was working was so nice to him. We come there often because this location makes the best smoothies in the area and the customer service is always top tier. Thank you again to the guy that was working yesterday around 6:30!! You made my son’s day even better. Kindness goes a long way. I wish I had his name.

I just happened to be riding along on Wesley Chapel Road and decided to Google the nearest Smoothie King, needless to say that I immediately looked up and saw one! That sign alone made me turn in! I was quickly greeted by the young lady and young man behind the counter. I ordered the Açaí Cocoa Haze smoothie bowl for the first time with a pack of banana chips for later. The young man, Jacquez, was instructed by the young lady to make my order. He at first seemed like he didn’t want to do it, but he smiled and got to work. I asked him to “make it with love” and he did just that! He carefully assembled my bowl while smiling the whole time, maybe because he knew I was watching, but I was happy nonetheless. When he finished, the bowl looked tasty and beautiful! I was just happy that he took his time to fix my bowl, with a smile, even though I think he didn’t want to at that moment…I just wanted to encourage the young man by writing this and hopefully motivate him to keep smiling, keep pressing and do your best, especially when you serve others because it will come back to you multiplied! Jacquez overall was a nice young fellow and the smoothie bowl was DELICIOUS!! I’ll be back when I’m in the neighborhood again?

Ordered 15 min online early so I can catch a movie. Got there no ones at counter. Walked in someone comes out. Tell him I have online order. He then starts making it ??♂️, then tells me there's no milk. No substitute for any milk. There's no oat milk, no reg milk, no almond milk. He can't make smoothie. I ask for refund. For both smoothies. He says he will ask manager. The manager don't know how to refund ? the worker says go on app. Walked out with nothing but a loss of 20 bucks. I went on app to figure out. How to get refund it's been a week still no refund. I'm done with with smoothie king. After refund and bad experience. I will delete app.

It's becoming a common occurrence that this location is always out of something. Example, today I ordered a strawberry hulk, but they didn't have pecan ice cream...how does this even happen when grocery stores surround this location. Does management not check inventory? Hulk is a popular smoothie, how do you not have the ingredients. Super weird and seems like poor management. Really disappointed, and after the 4th time of this, I will not be patronizing this location. I recommend the location on panola road. Note: I don't even write reviews, but at this point THIS LOCATION NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

Came here on my lunch break. I didn’t know what to order but, the cashier tamari was super friendly and helpful. He even recommended a smoothie that I ended up loving. It was really busy but he handled everyone nicely Will definitely be back!

First time trying smoothie king. I must say the smoothie bowl was really tasty and healthy I really enjoyed it, nice guy at the register name tamar was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the smoothies ,I couldn't complain about a thing ?
Jacquez should be promoted to a manger position and given a raise. He and Tamarion are so smart. When my app wasn’t working Tamarion said you can use your phone number, give him a raise for that bc it helped a lot.Then when another issue came up Jacquez easily fixed it. I had an issue at another location where my app wasn’t working and I was never asked for my phone number to resolve the issue.I will be going to this location from now on, they are much more friendlier and the store atmosphere is clean and pleasant.????

Came in at 2:00PM for a smoothie bowl, but the employee told me he had no fruit. Doesn’t really make any sense to me, also when I first came in the entire establishment was completely empty and the employee had just arrived in his own vehicle. Really weird.
