Just an update that I reached out to the email address that was reccommended in the response and they told me refunds can only be issued by the store, which of course is out of business and does not have a working phone numger. What a mess.
Are you all out of business? I placed an online order, went to pick it up and you were closed. Next door said you all were out of business. I’m trying to figure out how to get a refund.

I've never had an issue with SK in other places but this one has always given me trouble, orders missing items, warm smoothies, etc. On the 5th of February I ordered 2 smoothies since it was on the way to my destination. Upon entering the building, mind you there was no one in there except one other customer and myself I proceeded to wait 10 moms before the employee asked for my name and proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't be able to fulfill my order and that I would have to get refund but he wasn't able to do it himself I would have to wait for his manager. So not wanting to leave empty handed and wait for a potential refund I asked if he could just make me a different smoothie which he proceed to tell me that he is out of ingredients and he just put the last few into a smoothie for the other customer waiting. So I asked if he could give me the number of his manager so I could be sure that I could be given my refund. It is now the 12 no call back from the manager nor a refund for my order. Won't be ordering from this SK again. Will just drive further out to get a smoothie. Would recommend skipping this one as well.

This is the worst Smothie King! I have ordered from this place twice. The first time I ordered I was informed they didn't have the acai berries and strawberries. This was 2 weeks ago. Well 2/12/25 I order through the app and to get there and to be told we don't have the berries or anything to make an acai bowl. These things need to be blocked on the app. The cashier didn't offer to refund me my money or my coupon. To be honest I have yet to receive my money from the first order. Shoot that $16 I charged that to the game. I will never order from their again.
I just don't know how thos location is still open. Walked in today giving them another try. The customer had to ask the guy are you not gonna greet them? Then it's hot and again they only have Bananas and blue berries. The guy never ever said hello or anything. I was gonna just make so with it but to not wven be acknowledged is Just Ghetto. I'll take my money where it appreciated. Yes I was in there on 2/9 at 1:55.

Jaque needs a raise! Even though they were out of everything except bananas strawberries he made my order work and was extremely friendly. The place is clean as well. Only draw back I wish the location had a drive thru. They share the building with dunken donuts

The store is clean…..BUT They were out of strawberries… How can you be out of strawberries in a smoothie place and that is a highly popular and desired fruit? Also, they were out of other sizes of cups. It seems like the manager at that store isn’t ordering things properly, and that needs to be addressed. However, my customer service experience was positive. Kaden was great!

Visited location in 2/1. Out of almost every ingredient to make smoothie. I requested a refund and Kayden informed me he could not process a refund and I would have to wait until Monday 😒. Just close the location. I am reporting this to corporate.
Owner should be ashamed.....still awaiting follow up and refund. I'm about to dispute charge with bank if issue is not resolved soon.

I came in for my usual before the gym and they had 2 fruits but the boy Kaden made the best out of a bad situation and suggested i try a different flavor and it was 10/10 and upped my drink to a 32
Management really needs to order more things because they were clean out of 99% of stuff and it makes it harder for the employees

When I walked into the store, it seemed pretty empty, but two young men, Kayden and Tamaron, came out from the back and let me know they only had strawberries and bananas available. They made sure to offer me easy options, and I ended up having a great time. The smoothie was delicious, and I can’t wait to come back—hopefully, next time the store will have all the fruits I’m looking for. Even though they were out of stock, the workers made the experience enjoyable.

Recently, visited this location and upon entry the store smelled like marijuana. I looked past the odor and additional guest to fulfill my craving for a PB SWIZZLE. After receipt of payment, the representative informed me that they were out of granola. A smoothie bowl isn't satisfying without the granola and fresh fruit(Just my opinion 🤷🏽♀️). Immediately, I demanded a refund but the employee stated only the manager can issue refunds. Fast forward, I returned and the representative explained the manager said I wasn’t getting anything because of my viral video. As of today, I have yet to receive a refund of my diligently earned money. Save your time and travel to another location that actually appreciates your support.

This location never has product. Something is always missing, the truck is always coming in 2 days. You can rarely go in there and get what you want.
Kayden is a sweet young man. Very customer friendly. I asked him if o could leave him a tip and he said he never recieves them. Asked if I could speak with the manager to see why not, wasn’t available. This is something that needs to be fixed Kayden was awesome and he’s very funny.

Rating this place a 1 is too much for this establishment! I’m very particular and this is the second time it’s showed me why NOT to come here. A smoothie was “prepared” only to taste like ice and water and I called back to get a refund and the guy said they can remake it. I did NOT say remake, because it should’ve been made correctly the first time! What’ll be fine differently the second time. Kody will see me tomorrow for a refund
