Went to this store after the gym it was 8:44pm and the 2 ladies refused to serve me because they did not want to re-clean anything. The closing time is 9pm so that is the time the store should have closed .smh

It's 10am and this smoothie king has ran out of strawberries and blueberries. This is ridiculous! This means the fruits aren't being managed or enough isn't being ordered. I will not waste my time coming back to this location

You better check credit/debit cards for excessive charges. Four times (4x) 1/14/2024; 12/19/2023; 8/25/2023 (2). They charged my card $25 for a $10.77 smoothie. Previously, they tried to charge my Cash app card on an order but the money was not there. I did ask why was there an attempt to charge my Cash App Card when I was to pay zero. I was told I needed to talk to the manager who was not there and I needed to come back the next day. Didn't think anything else of it. I just happened to be looking through my account when I saw the $25 charge on the 14th of January. I then decided to let me look at what these people have been doing to my account. And wow, you can see where they charged me $50 in one day!!! Unbelievable! I want my money back. Please review your history if you've paid with your credit or debit card at this location. Please follow up with a write-up. This is crazy. I frequent Smoothie King quite often. I usually go to the one on Panola Rd, which I love.

The young lady who made smoothie this morning October 24th 2023 is absolutely amazing ! I did a pick up order and my smoothies were waiting for me in the fridge. She greeted me once I entered with a genuine smile. Also my smoothie was blended to perfection! She literally made my day with this smoothie and her welcoming presence. I wish I got the young lady’s name to personally shout her out but hopefully members of management give her the recognition she deserves.

Mr Colin Smith im in your store right now and you employees said the reason why they made my smoothie wrong as they were busy..When I came in the store there were no one at the counter and all your employees were all in the back for at least 3 minute check your cameras. Then as i ordered people came in to order and she made excuse instead of Good customer service mind you this is one of the best smoothie king around..I believe she was responding as a person and not so professional.I know there was no personal intent.But mind you your customers come from a wide variety, I just believe they need not feel attack as I like my smoothie thick not trying to impose outside the service of your business.And this doesn't speak for the store on a whole.I started traveling to this particular location as we've noticed that they're better here than other locations

My mom accidentally left her purse at this Smoothie King location and within 5mins of us returning to get her purse the staff had taken her purse to the back of the store and took all of her money out of her purse my mom is diabetic and this was her money to go see her doctor but due to the staff stealing her money from her purse she was unable to see her doctor I was overall happy with the service but this incident has made me never want to return to this location ever again.

This will be my new go to spot. It was a bit of a mix up on my smoothie (nothing major) but Alexandria was wonderful. I called in and she was able to help me with my concerns and told me to come back. I told her I would and it was a few hours later when I arrived and she wasn't there. I was really impressed that the store manager was aware and was able to assist me with a smile.(THAT SCREAMS COMMUNICATION??) I didn't catch his name but he was just as pleasant as the young lady. The service that those two provided was the best I seen/had in so long. I'm praying that their energy is contagious to everyone around them.

The pineapple surf typically is really good. It’s one of my favorite smoothies at smoothie King but this particular location pineapple surf was meh . The ice was not fully melted.Kinda taste like a Smoothie Soup ?

The girl with the glasses who works the morning shift is rude. I ordered a drink online it wasn’t ready so I waited 20 more minutes patiently just for the girl to be rude and throw the drink in the pick up thing. When I asked her about it she got smart “oh I didn’t know it said pick up” I’m literally the only one in here besides the people who just walked in. She was rude to the lady before me. It’s too new to already have bad customer service.

I was really excited about this location opening as it is the closest to my job. I always seem to have an issue with my rewards, my app, my card being attached properly to my account, etc. This is the only location Ive experienced this issue. I prefer to drive to Lilburn.

Ordered a smoothie through the app. Waited 20 extra minutes to receive my drink. I expected my drink to be waiting for pick up since I've already waited past the estimated time to pick up. Looks like you may need to have more than 2 people working in the store. Even there was a door dasher who was waiting longer than me to get their order filled also. Slow service under staffed!
