Volunteering at new life church around the corner and wanted bbq on a Saturday. This place came up near with good reviews. My 1st time, I tried the ribs & fried wings. Wanted more grilled options, but the brisket was sold out. Connected to a gas station. Plenty of parking, adequate restrooms, nice cashier, straight forward simple menu with great options we all like. Order meat separately from sides. No combo options displayed-all A la carte. Easily make any combo. Nice smoked...
Me and my dad finally got some food from Smoque House...the rib tips are A1!!! My dad said they sold him and hooked him!!! He said it leaves desirable taste after you eat it.... smoked flavor in through and through. Not overcooked or undercooked. Shoutouts to Monique and her grillmaster husband!
