I ordered online and the app told me my order would be ready at 5:58 pm. I arrived at the location at 5:57 and checked in. I could see my order and my name on the sonic display. It said your order is no the way. I waited 20 minutes and noticed the sonic display went back to the start menu but I haven’t received my food. Also I should add I was the only car in this lot. I pushed the red button to to some assistance. I was told they do drive thru only. I look around and there was no signs anywhere that would let their customers know that. I never addressed that with the worker I jus said ok and dove to the driver thru. I was behind one car when I arrived. When they moved forward I then sat at the driver thru speaker for another 20 minutes. As I sat two other cars pull in behind me. Then one of the cars behind me just decided to go around me and to the window. I then pull up behind them. I then pull to the window after I see them get served. The work opens the window and said “is the speaker not working? “ As if I did witness his inaction with the car who cut me. I explained I placed a online or. Check in and it saying my order is complete and I haven’t received anything plus I already spoke to someone on lot 4 that said your drive thru only but you drive thru speaker apparently isn’t working and you know this but have any signs anywhere. I received my food a few minutes late but overall spent well over 40 minutes in an attempt to pick up two burgers.

Never have their business together....always takes forever to get through the line and the workers usually have an attitude. Occasionally you'll get a real one...but it's rare.

Sat at booth and pushed red button to order, the message came up saying someone will be right with you. Waited about ten minutes then finally someone said we only serve at the window, there was no sign up indicating that you could only order at the drive through. Ordered #7 footlong with cheese, potato tarts and lemonade. The footlong meat was so salty, low quality, and it was a cheese sauce not real cheese, potato tarts over cooked and lemonade was water with crushed ice in it for $9+ first and last time going there. Sonic Corp need to make better choices in their selection of food being served to the public. The people who work there can only prepare and serve what's shipped to them.? Should have gone to the Subway next door to it and got a sub combo and footlong chocolate chip cookie with lemonade for a better meal.

Did a online order and they would not bring it to stall. Made me wait in line in drive through. After I already ordered ahead of time. Food was cold since I had to wait in line for food for 20 min. For food I already ordered and paid for.

Ordered through the app and paid for it in order to place the order. Not able to cancel it after no one came to the stall (per the instructions online by the way) after waiting for around 10 minutes. Other stalls had the indicator that “someone will be with you shortly” but no one ever came out to any of the stalls.
I called the phone number with my receipt to cancel my order, but the recording said the number was disconnected. Had to wait in the drive through for about 15 minutes just to not receive my full order.
Will not return.

Never again from this establishment location…. I ordered a slushie with extra toppings and when I got home I didn’t see nor taste any of the toppings I wanted almost 30-45 mins for cold food and the wrong drink ….. I’m so confused app said it would be done at 1:05 I got the the location at 1:08 left there at 1:53 with cold food
