Sprig is an awesome restaurant. Not only are they awesome for meals at the restaurant and pick-up orders, we had our company event there and they were so great. The food was so delicious and all of our employees loved it. The owners are very flexible and ethical. Heather is awesome and so is the entire staff in general. I can’t recommend this place enough and I’m so thankful they are in our community.

Sprig is one of my favorite places to wine and dine (and whiskey!) The food is always exceptional and the costumer service is fantastic!
I was a guest in my first time eating at Sprig Restaurant, arriving at 11:45 a.m. for a brunch that doubled as a business meeting. I ordered the Sprig Breakfast: two eggs (scrambled), bacon (2 strips), biscuit, plus grits, and decaf coffee.
Both price and value are quite reasonable, as such things go currently.
The food was well prepared. Scrambled eggs done but not dry. The bacon could have been crispier but I failed to ask for that specifically. The biscuit was a well-made solid biscuit, not an air filled pillow. The grits were thick but not lumpy, and thoroughly cooked not gritty, all of this being the way I actually prefer grits. I don't like them runny and undercooked, as sometimes happens at a place like The Majestic.
The atmosphere is certainly far more upscale than The Majestic anyway, and I would say that while Sprig might be kindly accepting of well-behaved children, I would highly suggest that this is not really the place for them.
Sprig is decidedly adult in atmosphere, and it builds itself as a "Restaurant & Bourbon Bar" offering over 500 different bourbons, and there is obviously no kids menu. (Take them somewhere else.)
That said, it is a fine adult eatery. The only atmospheric negatives might be that I felt like customers at adjacent tables were a little too close to each other, and it was a little bit louder than I was expecting, making a business conversation a little bit more difficult than it should have been.
The service was quite good and efficient, well paced, and not invasive as sometimes can happen with "overly enthusiastic" wait staff. It was about right for the context of a business brunch, and we had coffee refills in a timely manner.
I must add this caveat: I do not drink alcohol, so the panoply of available bourbons is not a draw for me (nor an aversion) so does not weigh into my initial impression or assessment of the place, particularly given the hour of the day.
Sprig accepts reservations, and I highly recommend that you get them before you go, rather than just showing up, based on my observations upon arrival.
It's a restaurant to which I would return again, though not likely by myself. Dining is, after all, a social event, in my case that was opportune for business as well. And overall, I believe Sprig fit that bill, although next time I would prefer a slightly quieter corner, with the next table over being more than an elbows distance away.
Kid-friendliness: I would say this is a very adult restaurant. The Bourbon array should be a clue.

I like this place a lot and attend Whiskey Wednesdays about once a month. This post is specifically about the Catfish Tacos. This entree is listed under "large plates" on the menu, leading one to believe that it's an entree. Most entrees come with a side, but this plate is just 3 tacos a la carte. At the price point of $22, I don't think it's too much to ask for the restaurant to include a choice of black beans and rice or chips and salsa as part of the side. It'd hardly impact the restaurant's bottom line but will definitely make the course more desirable!

I felt that my experience was kind of racist. We were the only people of color there and were completely ignored. I wouldn’t return if I were paid to. No thanks.
