Completely rude staff. The woman at the register talked to a friend at the register the entire time her drink was being made, looked at me multiple times standing in line, and continued to talk to her friend even after she was handed her order. I stood there a couple minutes after the drink was given to the customer just to see what would happen. No acknowledgement that I was waiting. They told me they didn't have any skim milk, which was a bit odd considering that this Starbucks is located inside a grocery store.
