I’ve never had to write a review. The worst customer service i’ve experienced. I don’t know her name but she was the only employee 6/28 at around 1pm. First thing she said was “what do you want”, kept interrupting me and being rude. Don’t know if she was having a bad day but please talk to your employees. I was having a great day and her customer service ruined it.

I went yesterday just to get me a caramel Frappuccino with my boyfriend and the lady taking my order she was brownskin she had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE with me while she was taking my order. First she was talking super low and kept cutting me off while I was explaining to her my simple order. Even my boyfriend asked me what was her problem 🤦🏽♀️ if you don’t like what you do just get a new JOB!!! The older guy that made my drink was super sweet and respectful!

Namesha is an ARTISTE, you hear me?! The greatest customer service and attentiveness I've ever received at ANY Starbucks from NYC to Atlanta. I actually had to ask her name to write this review because she deserves her flowers. She made me wanna get the Starbucks rewards program or whatever and I don't even live anywhere near a Starbucks lol. This is a little bit of sunshine before my doctor's appointment. You guys put the right employee right by the hospital :-)

I am so disappointed with the customer service at this location. When I approached the counter, I was the one greeting the cashier and she just ignored me and rudely asked me what I wanted. Then she was just silent during the whole transaction. When she was done ringing me up, she just walked away. I asked her if I could use the Starbucks pay and she just reached over the counter and hit the cancel button on the credit card machine. I asked her if I could use my rewards for my free drink. She did not respond to any of my questions. Then when she gave me my drink, I said thank you and still no response. I know she wasn’t mute because when I was waiting on my drink, she was talking to her coworkers loudly and dropping the “N” word left and right. Please train your employees on proper customer service! I certainly can purchase my overly priced coffee elsewhere!

The staff was so rude to my fiancé after already making her pick-up order wrong and had an attitude while we were waiting for her to remake her mistake. It’s not hard to do it the first time but I guess it’s ’not that deep’ (her words while remaking the drink). Take your problems out elsewhere, not at your place of work.

Always shop at Kroger's, but never purchased from Starbuck's. Went today and could have really done without the attitudes. Barista (with braids up in a bun) was rude and curt with her answers. I asked about one of their lattes and what was in it, and she was not interested in telling me at all. Hell, I didn't even want to ask about the other drink I was ordering. I asked if it came with whipped cream and she dryly said, "if you want"...why would I be asking if I didn't want it?
When the drinks were ready, the other barista just put the drinks on the counter and walked away. I noticed there were other drinks present that people were supposed to pick up so I had to ask, "Are these mine??" She mumbled something and walked away. I asked for sugar which she had to come back for (at the other Starbuck's they actually ask you if you would like anything else) and she seemed quite annoyed, and gave me a handful (only good thing about visit). And for $6 drinks, why was one of them not even full!?!?
And why do you list food items, the calories, but NO PRICES! You think someone is just going to order some OVER PRICED food without asking how much the mess costs? I wasn't even going to bother the gross baristas for costs!
I also noticed that others have complained about these two ladies, yet management seems to do NOTHING about it. MANAGEMENT: STOP responding with the passive aggressive responses and DO something about your workers (reprimand, re-train, fire...). The customer service is gross and for this has been my first and LAST time coming here!

I realize retail is hard. We never know what employees, or anyone, is going through, and they are still expected to look happy when they could be dealing with personal issues. But it takes extra effort to be mean that has nothing to o do with not smiling. The two ladies who served me Saturday, November 16, 2024, did not provide good service. They were rude and had a tone with me. I kept on being nice and nothing softened them. In addition, I was going to sit inside to eat, but all of the tables were filthy, so I ate in the car. Disappointing experience at this location, which I'd never been to before.

This Starbucks is inside of Kroger in Decatur. It was not busy at all. There was a threesome that were friends ahead of me ordering.The woman never said hello never said just a moment, completely ignored Me. She passed me three different times as I stood there, never said a word and I finally said this isn’t worth it. The guy behind me was leaving at the same time I was leaving. The service was terrible but more than that the fact that she never said sorry we’re busy sorry I’m running late. I’ll be with you as soon as I can. That Is what caused her to lose two Orders. I go to a Starbucks once a year and it’s usually in a airport because I prefer other types of stores. But I will definitely not be back to this one.

I really appreciated the folks working on Friday afternoon 10/11 for wishing me a happy birthday, being so kind, and going the extra mile by decorating my cup to make me feel special. Wasn't expecting such an extraordinary experience before shopping at kroger on my bday lol. People are still kind. Thank you.

Okay, everybody knows I am a Starbucks fan, we'll today I'm not. I bought a blueberry scone. I bit something hard on it, I spit the object out but couldn't decide what it was. Another bite the same thing happened, I asked someone else opinion. The person stated it could be anything, and it was definitely not safe to eat. So be careful.?
