Please tell me why the Starbucks was out of pumpkin, cinnamon, brown sugar sugar and so much more! They should have a sign on the place saying out of service. I was so so so displeased with the lack of items available on the menu.

Just wanted to say thank you to Derrick for his kindness and patience. We saw how Ta’niyah kept stopping what she was doing to talk down to you. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary to do that in front of all the customers waiting. Surely orders would get out quicker if she wasn’t so concerned with what you were working on. Won’t be back because her attitude was off-putting and I don’t even have to work with her.

We need to do better here. Every time I come it takes 20 mins to get one coffee. I order the caramel macchiato hot. Should only take 5 mins. The last time I visited there was no one in front of me when I ordered but they proceeded to make 3 other ppl orders and I waited all that time. I ordered at 137 and received my drink at 155. Just commenting so we can improve service in our area. This one is 1 of the few for miles.

I am not sure if this is a new location, but there was 1 guy preparing the orders. The line of people waiting was long. Hence, the wait was long. I won't be revisiting this location. They need to do much better.

Very unprofessional. Lack of staff . Had regular Kroger staff making drinks instead of Starbucks employees. I waited at register 10 mins before my order was even tooken . If you guys can’t supply a store with a full functioning staff don’t have the store open . That’s was very cringe that a florist was able to make my drink for me . Do better Starbucks

I have not been here..Just looking at reviews from a year ago up till now. Seems like the servive here has gone way down . It's nice to give an apology, but when will the service get better than what Im reading in most of this complaints? Ive never saw reviews this poor anywhere else. Please do better customer serice , so your ratings will compliment your store. Thanks, respectfully

This Starbucks is absolutely terrible first they made my drink pourley the refused to my it again then when the girl said she would after I already waited 30 mins had me wait another 30 mins at the counter with my baby crying then when I asked her what’s taking so long she laughed with the other girl and talked about me as if I was standing there then when I asked for a manger they said that the manger wouldn’t be there until Friday and then when I asked for their names especially the one with the big puff and jacket who had no name tag on the lied and laughed and gave me a fake name then the other one came and after she said she just worked there, then said she was the manger. I will never be back at the location again, I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect in my life as a customer, I called corporate and they gave me my money back and a gift card so for that I will still shop at Starbucks but I will NEVER and I mean NEVER come to this one ever again I’ll just go the long distance to got to one in a less trashy area.
