The customer service at this location is less than subpar. I asked for a white chocolate Frappuccino and a white chocolate mocha hot. They gave me a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino. I asked it to be replaced and they wanted to argue it was the correct drink when it’s not. I then told them I wanted a hot drink and they proceed to insult my intelligence and say the whipped cream is making the entire drink cold.It’s nice having a location close but at the cost of a lack of customer service isn’t worth it. These baristas couldn’t even bothered with a simple hello

This is the slowest Starbucks in the area. No interaction from the baristas. No questions asked. Unfortunately, this location only allows mobile orders through Starbucks gift card reload. I am unable to process my mobile orders with a debit or credit card. I have no issue ordering from any other Starbucks, except this one.

I went to go get two drinks from this place and the line was completely empty… when I got them there was a long hair in my frappe! ?? it’s definitely convenient to go to a Starbucks near me but it is not worth it with this service. Please teach these workers better I’m sure they weren’t even wearing hair nets. This is the pic I took before it got lost in the drink.

The poor barista was overwhelmed with orders and no additional help . Came in to pick up my mobile order and someone had taken it . The barista was very understanding and remade my drinks .

There was 2 groups in front of me it wasnt even that full and it took about 25 mins just to get my grande drink. Everyone was looking around wondering what was taking so long, and a women complained her latte wasnt even hot and walked away. The one at the register did not know what she was doing and had to ask the whole time. The other barista was walking around with a rude appearance and attitude. They didnt apologize for the long wait or explain and they are always out of something. I will not ever come back to this starbucks until it is under new management with actual properly trained staff that actually enjoy serving and catering to customers without attitude.

This my 2nd time coming here.i never stop cuz it's ridiculous how there's always just two people working. And one never knows what the hell going on. It was like three people a head of me so I decided to give them achance but this is crazy now the lines wrapped around. Y'all need to do better in the Black neighborhoods cuz on the whites side of town y'all have at least four people working all the time. SMH

Very slow service. Not unusual to see +7 folks waiting for service. The staff don't seem like they care; Probably because they're really Kroger employees and not Starbucks employees.
