Best catering I’ve had in 25 years of music management. Green room food is usually on par with hotel banquet fare, but this was on another level. Absolutely outstanding — and everyone agreed (all 60 of us!). Kudos to the chef, especially for the real mashed potatoes, which were incredible!

Didn’t really taste like authentic Jamaican food . Didn’t see any Jamaican ingredients either. No thyme pimento seeds etc.

My husband and I are both so glad we chose Step by Step Catering for our wedding in North GA! Chef Vanessa and her crew are an absolute joy to work with every step of the way, and the food is fairly priced, top notch delicious and beautifully presented. Step by Step worked patiently to answer accommodate a large variety of dietary restrictions and allergies, showed up to the venue on time despite the challenging location, and each staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming and helpful. We also want to extend our gratitude to Bethany for all of her help fielding questions, adjusting our menu, and scheduling.

Step by Step is absolutely worth the investment for any event. Chef Vanessa is a truly talented chef, an experienced pro and an angel on earth. Many thanks for feeding us all so well and making our big day even more special. ❤️

Excellent customer service and delicious food. I ordered Roti curry chicken and potatoes plus sorrel for the drink. The roti was fantastic, the chicken was well-seasoned and tender and the drink was superb. My grandson had 2 beef patties which were also delicious. I recommend this restaurant 100% for well-cooked Caribbean dishes.

I ordered a Roti plate which had curry chicken and curry potatoes. Absolutely delicious! I also got 2 beef patties and a bottle of sorrel and another mango flavored juice. Excellent service, delicious food and the sorrel brought back memories of my mom version of the drink. Recommend this to everyone for some good home cooked Caribbean food. They also have other non Caribbean dishes which I’m trying next. 5 plus stars ⭐️

I used step by step to cater for a birthday party for 40 people. I had faith that the food would be good even though I hadn’t tasted anything and I was RIGHT! The food was incredible and guests at the party raved about the food. I got the lemon pepper chicken and garlic herb salmon. It was enough food for everyone to have a full plate and working with Chef Vanessa and her team was a pleasure. Highly recommend!

They are amazing! Pure Jamaican comfort food! Tried the bread pudding today and it was delicious. Customer Service is beyond 5 stars as well as the taste of all their foods! Highly Recommend!

Vanessa and her team catered our daughter's wedding this past October. She's a joy from first meeting and her food is delicious. So many compliments from our guests. What's so special is that the team she brought was just as delightful as she is! They seemed to truly enjoy what they're doing. I was impressed by their professionalism. They engaged every single guest they served with cheerful conversation and a smile. I expected compliments on the food...I knew it was good! But it was wonderful to hear our guests talking about Vanessa's team with such glowing reviews. They made our reception even better! And a shout out to the appetizer hour servers that remembered the family and bridal party. Thanks for taking care of us during pictures! The best! Thanks Vanessa!
