I have no idea what this store is like in person, but I had the best Subway sandwich I've ever had yesterday via UberEats "The Beast" Highly recommend.

I ordered off of uber eats and received a completely different order. I ordered a buffalo chicken on flatbread and received a tuna wrap . I asked the uber driver did he make sure it was mine and he said he called my name and they gave him the bag. There's no receipt or anything. Im highly disappointed. Will never order from here again.

The customer service is the absolute worst the woman who was preparing my sandwiches stop answer her phone and went the back then she came beginning to prepare the sandwiches and once they came out of the toaster she literally left them sitting on the preparation board and left the store said the other lady will finished your order I have to go. Meanwhile the other lady was helping a young lady with 3 kids and Subway couldn’t provide the proper packing for the kids meals. These two unprofessional women really need some customer service classes. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SUBWAY.1st and last time.

I come back here often.Vegetarian options: Full array of vegetables.Parking: Not a lot of parking considering the other companies in the centre but you'll manage.
Great fresh sandwich at the end of the day and even better service. I was disturbed to see the customers giving the staff a hard time. They were very kind and doing a great job. This was my first time visiting this subway and it won’t be my last now that I know of this location. Very appreciative of the customer service and staff!

Employees and manager Very rude. This was my first time at this store. Store number #4351-0. I asked to use the restroom which states paying customers ONLY. The manager rudely told me to go to another store if I need to use the restroom. The cashier proceeds to tell me that they have been robbed. A situation that has nothing to do with me. I am a loyal patron of subway, I have never been treated this poorly. I demand that these employees change their outlook on the community in which they are serving. It’s not fair to hard working people in the area to be forced to experience this type of treatment from a company which we look to for higher quality of customer service. I am not sure of the employees name but I am sure to not ever go back to this location to patronize this establishment.

The sandwich was decent but the customer service is the worst. Thry lady has a SMART talk back mouth and i promise you i was kind. I promised myself the last time was it. The tea machine looked dirty and alk the cookies were burnt smh. I put that on everythanggg this time. They false advertising on the avocado and then say it's not their fault. Who works there. Then they don't even know what goes on the sandwiches. You had to holler for the one lady to hear you and she seemed aggravated. Even their own people walked out without ordering. I blame us for them still being open. We ket anybody feed us with an attitude. Pitiful last round.

First time here in a long time. Located off of Memorial Drive in Decatur, next to This is it. Very clean, and friendly staff. Of course the prices have gone up, and they have plexiglass on top of the glass. The app didn't work, it kept saying sorry we can't find this location and I was sitting in front of the building. Still not happy about Subway not having peanut butter cookies anymore or spicy mustard.
