Nasty nasty nasty nasty attitudes. I have been served by everyone there I think. Lack of customer service and negative energy runs in the family. I hate that the name is "Sweet Blessings". There is nothing SWEET about the people there. The prices are extremely high.

The Key Lime cake is delicious!

Cakes are delicious however, the customer service is horrible and unfriendly. If you ask a question, you are answered in a snappy way. When I walked in, a lady came out the back as if I ruined her life by coming through the front door. The cakes are great, but I am not sure they are worth the attitudes.

Excellent variety...cakes are heavenly. I buy the coconut slice everytime..my only concern is about the pricing. The first time I was charged 5.35 the second time I was charged 6.86 I went back and checked my debit transactions to verify.

Ms. Priscilla is a jewel in our community. "SWEET BLESSINGS" is just how I would describe her and her desserts. From cakes, pies, cookies, etc , they all are delicious. My personal favorites are many like: carrot cake, pineapple cake, red velvet/lime cake. My husband loves the hummingbird cake. Customer service is great. They are attentive. Prices are very reasonable. Portions/ Slices are generous. This is an amazing black owned and operated business. Give yourself a SWEET BLESSINGS and stop by for a treat.

On my recent visit, I had a very unpleasant experience with the owner who became extremely irritated with me for simply asking what the different cakes were on display. Unlike most bakeries, they don't have a single thing labeled here and unless you're a "regular" you wouldn't know what was what simply by looking at it. Other bakeries love to rave about their products, what's in their products and some will even tell you how fresh their products are because they want to gain your trust. Here, they just expect you to come in knowing what you want, without asking questions, and want you to hurry the hell out. On top of bad customer service, this place reminds me of the mean old ladies at church. They just don't give you a welcoming vibe. I think it's because they have signs like "DONT TOUCH THE CAKE PLATES" and "KEEP YOUR PURSE OFF THE COUNTERS" posted everywhere. A simple "please" and "thank you" could easily soften up their intended messages but something tells me they're not the least worried about offending paying customers. That's fine, I won't be back.

The owner of Sweet Blessing has no customer service at all, she does not care about the customers; she is just awful. The word NO stays in her mouth, she is not for the consumers; you would think someone of her age would be humble and kind but she's not.
