Poor service , when you get your food they always forget to give you the drinks ( make sure to claim it if you ordered ) staff works like they don’t care about your long time waiting even they are not busy staff keep talking between them like a social meeting chat . Everything but not working .
Is taco bell, right? What level of service would you expect? Well you'll get outstanding service at this location. Gone there many times in the last few months and never a missed order, quick hot and made perfect. I've had varying staff members at different times of day and all of them are just spot-on and high-performing.
They are price gauging. How does a 9.00.box comes up to 11.87??? It should've been 9.72 tax is only 8% on a dollar. She couldn't explain it. I left the crap at the window.

I was excited to try out the new chicken nuggets but was disappointed because I paid for a ten piece but only received a five that looked really overdone. I will wait a while before I try it again.

I went through the Taco Bell drive-through ordered five tacos and only got about five sauce packets. So I drove back around and asked the cashier if I can have more taco sauce and she told me that she can only give out a certain amount. I asked her how many are you able to give out because I don’t have enough. She says well how many do you have. I said no how many are you able to give out. She says we can only give out one sauce per food item. I looked at her and I said does that even make sense to you? why would you even say that. She said her manager enforced this rule to only give out one sauce per food item. At the same time another employee is laughing his head off. I have never been told this before. This is ridiculous. My experience at this Taco Bell was totally dissatisfying.
