The employees take their frustration out on the customer when they don’t have enough staff. It isn’t the customers fault that this location is constantly short-staffed. There is never anyone on the front registers and if you ask for help, the staff delivers attitude. I guess no regional/district managers oversee this place.

The giant sign by the road says “Taco Bell Breakfast”. Thought I would treat myself because I never get the breakfast, but I ordered and they said they don’t serve breakfast?? I ordered something else and she told my total and took my card and silently handed me my card and then my food. I was the only person there and so was she. I told her to have a good day and she didn’t respond. Not a big deal, but I feel like that’s basic customer service.

I want to give a huge thank you to this Taco Bell location for delivering exceptional service. I’ve been to many Taco Bells in different areas, including where I live in the Kennesaw/Acworth area, and the service here was on a completely different level. Something about this team truly stood out.
Even with the drive-thru line wrapped around the building, they moved quickly, stayed friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. My food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared, and they made sure my bag had everything I needed before I left. The attention to detail was incredible.
I also called the store to get the location number so I could leave this review, and despite how busy they clearly were, someone still answered the phone right away and helped me with the information I needed.
This is the kind of service that deserves recognition. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond. I’m already recommending this location to everyone I know.

Why I gave it two, because they have ice sitting on the counter at the drive-through taking a cup and putting ice in the Customer cup. Why is that ice on the counter and not in the ice machine it was something in my drink? please correct the issue that’s contamination at the high top level.
