Food was not right had to chicken chlupas with 2 pieces of meat and the taco ground beef was only a tbsp of meat 2 strings of cheese and a pinch of lettuce. I never had it like that before. Was short on inventory then inform the customer and just give it out. Poor poor service.

Yesterday I want to Taco Bell to get some nachos and I told them all I wanted was beef ,extra cheese,and rice that’s all I want on it I can not eat guacamole ,so as I pull to the window and the nice lady pass me my food it was guacamole on it and then when she told that my order was wrong they scooped the guacamole off and just added cheese in the spot to cover it up ,instead of making me a fresh one and I am allergic to guacamole….

I ordered a black bean crunch wrap. I do not eat red meat. Imagine how frustrating it is to bite into a beef crunch wrap. All it takes is attention, that’s all you have to pay. Then I go to open my fiesta potatoes cause those are hard to mess up. Why are they black??? And covered in sour cream in hopes I don’t notice. Please do better
The last time I ate from this location in January I got violently sick about 20 minutes after eating. I was throwing up all night and there is no doubt in my mind it was from this taco bell.
The day shift is actually amazing, they always get orders right and the food is fresh and well-made. But the night shift is terrible. They get my order wrong every time, the food is sloppily thrown together and getting that sick was the last straw. Every other taco bell in the area is much better. I go out of my way to go to the Fairington Rd location instead.

As a paying customer, you have the right to be treated with respect, courtesy, and to receive good service. It's unacceptable for a manager to behave rudely, especially when you're giving them business. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. My order was incomplete and took 15 minutes to arrive. To make matters worse, the partial order I received took an additional 10 minutes to serve. This level of service is not only frustrating but also raises concerns about the establishment's priorities and competence.

Great location, always fresh food! Considering the area this location is in its amazing, they have so many hard-working employees they truly care about their jobs and the service they provide to their own community. Whoever manages this location deserves a raise asap; as do the employees!
Used app to order for the first time. Choose to pick up at the drive through. 3 people in line ahead of me. Line moved very quickly. The girl at the window was very sweet and had a big smile when she handed me my food. It was the correct order, fixed correctly on a late Friday night!
Ordered the layered nachos with extra meat and cheese and got this instead. This was less than half of the regular portion and I was charged for extra meat and cheese…Ridiculous!
