The food is very good but it is expensive. The employees are great and we enjoy sitting at the bar.

Great Mexican food and good margaritas. Dinged only for not offering Coke Zero despite many requests from a frequent diner. They are sticking with Diet Coke for some reason… otherwise it’s a favorite of ours.Vegetarian options: Refried beans are vegetarian and they sometimes offer vegetarian specials. Menu is somewhat limited for vegetarians.Parking: Free parking at all locations but Howell Mill requires validation (see signs inside)Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly restaurant although not all locations have high chairs

Best fried chicken tacos on the planet, southern style fried chicken, with a habanero or jalapeño mayonnaise. Everything is à la cart. I'm not a big man, but I can eat three chicken tacos, the salsa Trio, shrimp corn chowder, along with sharing a bowl of Casa, & guacamole dip, with the best southern sweet tea, all at a very reasonable price. "The George" is a hidden menu item that you have to ask for that has turnip greens and beans and other delights inside. An absolute touch of the south in Mexican food.

The food was very bland and completely unseasoned. The guac was plain avocado. The only vegetarian options are a plain cheese enchilada or a plain bean taco.

I absolutely love this place...it is usually crowded and I can't get in, but when I can... it's ALWAYS a treat!!Parking: You can also find street parking nearby and a parking deck if you don't mind walking.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't really say it's a kid friendly place. In my opinion, any establishment that serves alcohol isn't kid friendly to me.

Staff was polite. Beans and rice portions are criminally small. Food not on menu wasn't suggested. Would have ordered a meal. Instead, i was nickeled and dimed, buying side dishes to build a meal. In addition, Ordered a crab ball meal on the menu, crab balls were undercooked and rice serving size was offensive. Maybe 2oz serving of rice. Rice snd beans are the cheapest items in any grocery store. Carnitas weren't Carnitas. I've actually been out west and carnitas were nowhere near this version. Wasn't impressed. Ate the food because I paid for. Surprisingly fish taco was ok. I wasted 40$, I won't go back if I'm paying. Sorry.

Line gets quite long but you know what to expect with that here to begin with. Great drink selection, good food. Could have more vegetarian options but there's just enough.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options, enough for a good meal but can feel limited

Despite the ridiculously long line no matter what time you come, the food is 10/10 which is why people keep coming back. The chicken enchiladas in the lemon cream sauce is phenomenal. Definitely recommend!

To hot to be standing in line to get food. I don't like this set up it should be somebody taking orders at table. Elderly standing outside hot about to pass out. To many flies soon as we diid get a seat.

I finally decided to give this place a try after passing by it countless times, and I'm so glad I did! Despite the long line when we arrived, the wait was surprisingly quick. You order first then sit down wherever you find a spot. The service was friendly and attentive, and we had the option to choose between indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for indoor seating. I decided to go with the chips and queso, and it did not disappoint. The chips were perfectly crispy and the queso was flavorful and creamy. It was the perfect snack for a late-night outing when I wasn't feeling too hungry. I'm definitely planning on returning to try out more of their menu options. If the chips and queso were any indication, I'm sure the rest of their dishes will be just as delicious.

This place is so popular but I don’t get it. The food is only meh and the drinks not much better. The whole time we were there the serving staff (all they do is deliver food from the kitchen) was circling our table, picking up each plate as we finished; as if there were not 3 empty tables next to us. It was annoying to feel like you’re being chased out of your table as soon as you let go of your fork.I must be missing something given the line that is always there… I just don’t get it.

The best of fast casual tacos.Tacos, like houses are judged a little differently inside the perimeter than outside the perimeter. OTP, it's important that people get a little more for the money and, of course, that should come with some chips and free refills. ITP, people are looking for a more refined taco, and they don't mind paying extra for chips, when they want them.Taqueria pioneered this movement back in the late 90s and early 2000s. And it has spread to a number of other chains ITP and a few of them OTP.That being said, every item on their regular menu is a winner. It might not be my favorite, but it is the favorite of my friend or my kid. The place is clean and has rules that make it run like a clock.Often, there's a line out the door, but it moves quickly. Many of my friends have 20 charges a month on their credit card at taqueria.I should note that there are some people that are bothered by the line and the rules. If you're one of those people, don't go away mad, just go away.Dietary restrictions: They have a reasonable list of ingredients and are good about accommodating allergens when it's possible.
