Stopped by into this place while running errands. This place blows my expectations! Good food, good drinks selections. The rice and the pork were not dry at all and the gyoza was crispy and flavorful. Definitely going to come back again!

Ample parking... The menu is quite varied... The portions are large & the prices are also cheap... basically it's affordable & you won't be disappointed... The important thing is it's delicious... Worthy of returning to eat at Tenya
What a peaceful and adorable place to get an excellent katsu chicken sando (sandwich)! Not only do they have delicious Japanese lunch options, they also sell mochi in a variety of flavors/fillings, delicate deserts, and Japanese snacks! I even got some Sanrio stickers. ✌️

I mean this bowl for $12? Really can’t beat that. Chicken was good. Rice was perfect. Pickles were A+ Maybe the chicken was bit too saucy for my taste but overall I can’t complain. Would come back!

This is my new favorite Japanese place, and my mom and I are so relieved that we no longer have to drive 30 minutes to Duluth anymore for authentic Japanese food! Lots of vegetarian options at a reasonable price, and the quality is amazing! Keiko-san was also very sweet yesterday!
