Good place
Ooof I really had high hopes but this was a bad experience. Over $6 for a single (very small at that) scoop of ice cream in a cup. Didn’t want any of the cereal or toppings.
Tip options were defaulted to 15, 20, and 25%. Of course not mandatory.
Also took 10 minutes to prepare this single scoop into a cup. Only 2-3 other customers in the store.
Ice cream itself was decent, but won’t be returning or recommending
Went this afternoon with my family and like others have stated, the experience was underwhelming. The staff was very pleasant and the concept is unique. Unfortunately the wait and pricing for the very small portion sizes is what will prevent my family from returning. We paid $8.50 for less than half of a small cup (one scoop, pictured in many other reviews) of ice cream with toppings and had to wait 20 minutes for one of our orders when there were the only ones in the facility. Thank you for the pleasant service and offering a unique concept—the heart of the business is clearly in the right place. Please consider lowering prices or increasing portion sizes.
Dyllin, the owner, is the best.
Got the Downtown Decatur during the ice cream festival and it was SO GOOD. The staff was friendly and helped me decide, and I would definitely go back for that one or to try a new flavor. 10/10
Such a wonderful spot for ice cream!!❤️
The place and the service is AMAZING!
Very cute ice cream and cereal palor. So many combinations to make. I tried the Almond Pistachios with cinnamon toast crunch and Reese's puff cereal, with dark chocolate drizzle and whip cream milkshake. Definitely a sugar fix pleaser🤪🤪🤪
First time going a couple days ago, the shop is so cute and customer service was great.
Super cute inside. Brought my gym fam to their place for a group night out. Plenty of space to hang out. Get the warm waffle with the ice cream on top. You won’t he disappointed.

I regret coming here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for ice cream.
The prices are insanely expensive for what you get, we waited over 30 minutes for our order.
I have never had this underwhelming of an experience getting ice cream in my life.
Also, it must be mentioned that the boys working did not speak to us for about 10 minutes as we waited for someone to take our order. They did not once apologize for the long wait or thank us for waiting. This is simple hospitality management. Will never go here again.
The one scoop for 7.00 is pretty much them paying rent..not really a fan and than used GREAT VALUE wafers…just not for me I guess.
Cool concept but Underwhelming. For this kids size ice cream scoop and cereal we waited 25 minutes and paid $10. We walked in and were greeted immediately, both workers were sweet. We ordered and it took 25 minutes to fix this ice cream. One other customer came in during this time. It was good but smaller than my hand.
This could have been such a cool experience but it was less than meh.
The ordering process is chaos and it took 15 minutes after ordering to get a tiny, TINY ice cream!
This very small ice cream was $10.
On a side note it tasted great!
Go buy your own and make a NOT TINY one and save yourself 10 minutes in the process.
I came here for the first time. Service was amazing and the peach ice cream was out of this world. Great dessert shop with an extraordinary service.
