We looooved the delicious and fun cocktails and the tiki vibes but this place does not have food. The food menu consisted of nachos (with cheese, no vegan option) and chips and salsa. Nice to nibble on chips with the drinks, but this is just a cocktail bar.

Hostess let customer sit at a table for nearly 3 hours while telling everyone else that there was a 60 minute time limit. After we asked her about it she said it was her boyfriend and that he worked there so he was allowed to stay as long as he liked. Dozens of paying customers were inconvenienced or turned away because of them occupying a table while not ordering any drinks.

Just got festive holiday cocktails here that were really good! Recommend getting there early and getting your name down for a reservation. Then you can grab a drink or go for a walk nearby until your table is ready.

Overall id give this place a one star review, the one star being that it is visually appealing, the night time female server/host is not friendly at all. Stood there and watched her scream at another couple over a tip, I wanted to record but i’m more than sure with by how things seem to be ran here, and how they use her disability as a poor excuse for her actions (she would be seen as the victim).

On another note, if you do decide to try this place out id highly recommend for you to call ahead to save yourself the wait.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They had me waiting in line for about an hour just to put name on wait list. Then, after waiting over 2.5hrs I finally get my text I come back to the front of line and stand waiting at the host stand with 2m left to spare in my 5m window. Nobody is at the host stand so I’m just standing there waiting for somebody to come. When the host finally showed up, she told me we’re at minute 7 and they gave my table away. She had very bad attitude and did not care at all! I asked to speak to the manager and a child showed up who had no idea what to do. He said theirs nothing he can do about it except put me back on their end 3hr wait list, he couldn’t even give me the next open table. Overall very disappointing, after years of coming here it’s just another case of a good business gone bad because of their poor customer service.

Christmas Edition - be prepared to wait in line for at least an hour. Was it worth it? It was fun. It's nice to do something themed. The Tiki drinks were darling but gave me a headache. Not very vegetarian friendly. The staff was stressed out and ready to see you go after your one hour limit. We went to Jekyll Brewing Co. in Alpharetta yesterday and it was all decked out for the holidays and excellent. No wait. Take that example into consideration.

I have been coming here for 3 years and today’s experience was just awful. This place should start taking reservations and not waste people’s time just to stand in line in the cold for 1 hr to put our names on the waiting list and then wait for 2 and a half hours to be called in.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, but after last night, I’ll never return. We arrived at 5:45 PM and waited three hours and fifteen minutes for our table—only to have it given away due to the host’s complete incompetence. We were originally told the wait would be an hour, so we grabbed drinks nearby while keeping an eye on our phones for the text alert. The moment we got the “five-minute warning” text, we headed straight to the line. The host wasn’t even there when we arrived, and by the time she showed up, she claimed we were two minutes late and had already given away our table—to walk-ins who had just joined the line.

This wasn’t just poor service; it was outright disrespect. We arrived 15 minutes before the restaurant even opened and waited in the freezing cold with no heaters, only to be treated like our time and money didn’t matter. The host was unapologetic, dismissive, and didn’t care at all.

To make matters worse, after they finally sat us (outside, despite waiting for an indoor table), our drinks took 45 minutes to arrive. When they did, they were overpriced, mostly ice, and frankly insulting. The manager, a young, unqualified guy who couldn’t have cared less, did nothing to rectify the situation. The only person who showed any professionalism was the poor bartender, stuck outside like a workhorse trying to manage a chaotic situation.

This place used to be a gem, but it’s clear that standards have plummeted. The service is a joke, and the management is clueless. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. If you value your time, money, or dignity, don’t waste any of them here.

(Check the photos included, you can see the line of frustrated customers while the hostess is nowhere to be seen. Truly shameful)

Heather and the rest of the bartenders were such a delight!! Great service, great music and decorations. The initial wait for a drink was 1 hour as a walk in but we got lucky and were able to sit down. It was a great experience and everyone was so nice.

Didn’t try any food and never got a drink. Worst experience of the weekend. I get Saturdays can be really busy. At 6:15 pm, shortly after they opened, line was about 50 people deep. Wait and get to the hostess who says they are no longer taking names. But we can go inside and get a drink, line inside is 20 people deep. We ask about the 3 empty tables outside and they said there were people waiting. We go inside and there are 3 empty seats at the bar. Wait in line to order a drink and after 15 minutes we moved up 3 positions but 15 ahead of us. We decide to bail and there’s the 3 empty seats at the bar 20 minutes later. Same 2 tables outside are also still empty. Not sure they understand the hospitality business. I visit lots of Tiki bars and I would rate decor at a 2 or 3 but maybe they are just going for tiki drinks and not the theme. Can’t recommend because they just have no idea of how to run a business. We walked 2 blocks and found an awesome cocktail bar that rescued the night.

SOS is many things. Consistent it is not IMO.

Sometimes the drinks are good. Sometimes the drinks are not. Sometimes the staff are nice. Sometimes they’re miserable to be around. We used to stop by for drinks a couple of times a month. Not so anymore. We’ve stopped going as much because the staff are always so dang miserable acting. It kills the vibe. Who wants to show up after work and hear some dude in his early 30s bellyaching about everything under the sun? Not me…

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I showed up 30 minutes before it opened to get in line. After three and a half hours of still not getting a table, I finally left. What a joke!
