I think this place is out of business both locations look out of business. They should take themselves off Google because some people drive far to come here so I just wasted gas and money because it says open on Google when it is indeed not

Foood great customer service horrible big light skin lady had an attitude after spending over 50$ then they begged my man for a tip after being rude don’t waste your time or money

Ordered a seafood potato, got a potato with cheese broccoli and 4 shrimp. Where is the rest of the seafood? Kind of disappointedWent back and was totally satisfied….thank you sooo much!!!

When I arrived, a lady met me at my car to take my order. This being my first time there, I thought that this was customary due to covid restrictions. She kept saying, "I work for tips, I work for tips". Okay, first that's fine, but really? It wasn't until after she'd taken my order that I was informed that we could walk up to the window and order ourselves. The tip wasn't a problem. My food took around an hour, only to get back to my office and see hair in my food. I called and the lady who answered said "I don't see how. Ain't but one person back there and he is a man and he has a bonnet on". Oh okay well I have a picture. She said there wasn't a manager in and to call back later. I've been calling with no answer. I tried the chat with no answer.

The potatoes were really good. Hubby and I were looking for something different so we decided to eat their food. He ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch and I had the Surf and Turf which consists of sirloin steak, shrimp with broccoli and cheese. Mines was VERY good and he enjoyed his as well. The potatoes are HUGE and overstuffed with all kinds of meat! I highly recommend trying them! You won't regret it!

The kids and I loved the overloaded potato, It had so much bacon! They wings were well seasoned and delicious.

Just got my order from them and it was completely WRONG . I specifically wanted the chicken potato and they gave me bacon, wings were wrong flavor and no dipping sauce

I don't know where they're getting these huge potatoes, but they're delicious and too much to finish in one sitting. The side of wings probably didn't help ?

I ordered from this place and the customer service was horrible. The lady gave me a receipt and told me to sign but their was nosignature line so when she asked for it back and I stated “no this is my copy, where is yours?” She quickly copped and attitude when I explained the customer copy does not have signature line and that she can’t have both otherwise she could write in whatever tip she wanted. Now I really wasn’t accusing her specifically of anything, infact i was in a slightly playful mood until she forgot i was a customer and said “ what do you think I need that tip I don’t need anything like that!” And on and on until the manager or someone with half decent sense walked over to diffuse the situation and the lady was literally talking ish about me in front of me to the lady. At this point im feeling uncomfortable ordering food because they were so unprofessional that i have no confidence that they can handle my food. The customers after me walked up and yup she was talking ish about me to them, IN FRONT OF ME again!!! So now i finally get my food and awww man it was so pretty but thats the only good thing i have to say!! I paid $15 for 5 shrimp on a seafood potato that were undercooked RAW,,, NOT DONE! The potato itself was so damn salty it was un edible. I literally had to throw the the whole thing out. The worst part is i had been wanting to try them out for a long time. And yes i think they did that to my potato on purpose.

I ordered the crab and shrimp Alfredo potato I was soooo hungry I had to eat it. It tasted like scotched potatoe with little seasoning. I understand that the potato have some darkness to it but this is burnt. I went back to let them know and they handled my situation very professional and didn’t give any problems or attitude they offered me another potatoe free of charge and for that reasoning giving them 4 stars because they made it right, I’ll go back and give it another try because this is the first time it has happen and I love they freaking potatoes ❤️

It's expensive and the food was not great. How do you serve and do not have utensil? Overpriced and a slight bit ghetto. I ordered a potato and 2 egg rolls and the egg rolls were damn near 9.00. I was blown away! I would not come back.
