I went last night and sat at the bar. Off top I could tell that the customer service from the bartender wasn’t going to be good. I ordered a cosmopolitan and it was horrible. So I tried another drink which was a bob marley and it was pretty okay. My friend and I then ordered food. The bartender bought out my friend’s calamari and it was very cold. Then they tried to fix it and bring out another tray and it was horrible. No seasoning and very bland. So my friend did not eat the calamari and they still ended up charging her and giving $2 off. I just feel like they should’ve made it right and just take the calamari off because I mean the food was cold the first time. That’s how you create returning customers by making it right. We even asked to speak to a manager and she told us they were going to tell us the same thing she did. Overall it was not a good experience for my first time. Maybe they need to all work on their customer service skills and they will be okay.

I love the vibe of the spot but the food and drinks are always a hit and miss. I went this past Sunday for the eat all you can eat crab legs. Started out good but as time went on the crabs were very salty and the size of the crabs were very small from the beginng and some were over cooked and hard to pull out the shell. I think when customers come for the special they should be detailed about the first plate is when you will get the sides and after that you have to pay. It wasnt mentioned until i aaked. I wasn't feeling the curry on the crab legs. Even though the waitress did tell us about gloves but I'm a real seafood eater and I don't use gloves. To later find out the why she said we needed gloves. My nails were yellow. Then they don't keep them coming you have to keep asking and they bring them out one at a time. With them already being small they should bring you 4/5 at a time.. just as me and my friend girl said they bring one thinking people are going to be packing them up. The waitress confirmed when we asked why. I will continue to support because the spot is a vibe. I won't do the crablegs on Sunday again. We always want blacks to support but when we do we get the short end of the stick.

First time at this bar, and the experience was terribly disappointing. The service is so slow that we had to leave our table and go to the bar to order a drink. The celery that was served with my wings were brown. There was no checking in, second drink order inquiry, or overall sense of urgency from our server. But why would there be, when gratuity is included regardless of the 1-star service provided?It's unfortunate, because the space looks great, has plenty of TV's for sporting events, and tons of potential.Staff needs some "restaurant 101" training and MANAGEMENT needs to be present and holding their staff accountable to do their jobs more friendly, efficiently, and properly.

Went for a girlfriend birthday. It was a cool vibe. The DJ was great. The food was decent, but if we didn't have a section, I don't think I would've enjoyed myself. If you don't get a section, you need to get there early to get a table or a seat at the bar.

The bar is always so slow, and I'm not sure why. We go early, and there's still a wait SMH The food and drinks are always good though. Tips are added to every ticket regardless of how many are in your party. There were only 2 of us.

Me and the fellas always have a really good time coming here! Atmosphere is always live with good energy, great food, and it really reminds me of old Atlanta! This has become kind of a home base for me & my people! Most of the waitresses & staff are great but Mariah always goes above and beyond and I think she might be ready for management or other leadership opportunities! Will definitely be back!
