Did a pick up group smoothie order for work today. The order was accurate, delicious, and done very quickly. Pickup was easy and they were very friendly. Did not eat there but the place looked very clean and inviting. Would recommend!

Oh my gosh…I don’t write reviews. But I just went into this location, a customer brings back his smoothie and asks for it to be remade. The worker takes his smoothie that he’s already been drinking and DUMPS IT INTO A BLENDER to re-blend it. You have go to be kidding me, that is SO unsanitary. I will not be back, I left immediately.

I always ask for a chicken and cheese quesadilla, they have given it to me without chicken before and now with a bunch of black beans, peppers, and onions without asking me at all. They need to ASK the customer to clarify if they want it modified instead of just doing it! I was running late for work and only noticed too late.

our two acai bowls we ordered for breakfast were frozen- so couldn’t be eaten. The jetty punch smoothie was okay. The jalapeño corn 10/10 it was so so good.

Just left the location about thirty minutes ago and got the chia oatmeal pudding bowl, which is literally the only thing I get from here. I get home ready to eat it and it’s drenched in honey the bowl was literally soggy. I called the store and was told I would have to drive all the way back there with the bowl to get a refund.. that’s 10$ I just lost

This location used to have good service. I don’t understand what happened but service is terrible. I am a frequent customer of the brand and this location doesn’t follow the standard of all the others. The portion size for the greens are smaller and ‘pre-portioned’ plastic bags are wasteful to your costs as well as it being unsustainable. The tiny amount of greens you receive is ridiculous. In addition, the staff is conservative with food portion size (I assume cost cutting to preserve materials) however, if I am paying extra for a tiny cup of sauce, I expect to be full, not they only allow us to fill them halfway. I can’t tell if Rose doesn’t like her job or the location is trying to cut costs in the most unfriendly customer way, but I will no longer be a customer at this location. Current management is running this location into the ground. I have been to all the other locations in the Atlanta area and this one is the worst. They have messed up on my order multiple times and I have been patient, ran out of materials that I ordered, etc. but this is where I draw the line. Beware! Do not charge ppl extra for items just to give them only part of a portion size.
