This place is consistently accurate with my order, and it's always good. I usually place my order via the app for pickup, and I've had no issues. The order is usually ready before the time indicated in the app. The customer service is pretty consistent as well, no complaints! I generally get the Acai Bowl 2-3 times a month.

Terrible and Horrible customer service. The smoothie I ordered was watery and the ingredients tasted like they’ve been sitting out for weeks. The staff was very disrespectful and rude, i tried to order my smoothie and they were laughing and chatting while the store was busy. The first time I came it was horrible I don’t understand why i decided to come back.

Literally the worst they were yelling at their employees while we were trying to get our drinks. It was a very uncomfortable experience and they even made my drink wrong and the chicken wrap was super dry!! Very unhappy with my order!

Every time I order from this location the food and smoothies are good. Today I tried the jerk chicken wrap and omg I’ve been missing out. It’s so good. Extra spicy so if you don’t like spice this isn’t for you. Keep up the good work Tropical Smoothie 😃

I love their flatbreads. First time ordering the kale salad, which was almost two bucks, but it literally was a tablespoon and a half. Also, Im assuming the girl was new and told me a side came with my order. I wanted to make sure so asked if it was extra otherwise I wasn't going to get one. Told her which I wanted and she said no extra. But it was AND was given less than 2 tablespoons.

So nasty! This is the one close to my house! But I rather go to the one on panola ! I eat an açaí bowl every day from tropical smoothie cafe. Every SINGLE TIME I COME TO THIS ONE THEY MESS MY BOWL UP! They pile peanut butter on my bowl when the topping Is called a drizzle! And that’s all I want is a drizzle! The peanut butter was like 2 inches tall in my bowl it made me throw up because I don’t like that much peanut butter. And they to it every single time. It’s called a peanut butter DRIZZLE! They stack it on the açaí bowl like they’re making a pb&j and I’m sick of it! I spend too much money at this restaurant. I am going to now contact corporate. The bananas were rotten and my bowl was just a complete bowl of slop! I’m highly upset. I am beyond mad because they were close to closing and i want my money back. They never have the right coconut. They go to Kroger and get them thin cheap bags of coconut and it’s just not a good substitute for that bowl. And they give a very small amount of granola. The bowl is just horrible from this. Panola is the best!! The bowls he well put together. I refereed a friend to this one and they were highly disappointed as well. They need to train those kids how to make a bowl because it’s too expensive to get home and the bowl is full of peanut butter rotten fruit and jus pure slop! I’m calling corporate! This location is pure ridiculous with how they make the açaí bowls

I frequent this location for smoothies but the smoothie I just picked up is disgusting. It tastes nothing like what I order. What a waste of money.

I come all the time and get a smoothie. I ask to put my hemp protein into my smoothie(since yall don't have my choice of protein powder) they(at multiple locations which is why i keep it in my car) always let me add it to my smoothie. Today, she wouldn't add the protein powder to my smoothie. Her name was Ayianna.... she should know the policy

Change your gloves after handling money and doing other task. They don’t do that here. The hummus veggies I ordered two smelled spoiled. I wasted my money.
