So the first time I ordered from village kitchen was through Uber eats. That was on March 29th.Now on 4/20 I decided to come into the place...not realizing it's not a full restaurant but a hub.Nothing wrong with it being a hub the thing that's frustrating is that both times ingredients for my food is missing even things that I charge extra for and the two employees inside can care less because they're not the ones cooking the food or serving it they're just making sure the stuff get put in a box yet it's just really annoying because you're being really charged $20 per entree and to spend $60 and then my philly is half burnt on top of it. It's annoying.I'm just going to put in my review bc this was me giving a second chance. I know it can be better!!***My edits asked for by the owner:1. My philly didn't have onions that it comes with and the meat had tons of scraper burnt pieces.I added mushrooms for $1 and then had to ask for them. I opened up my sandwich at the desk and asked the girl and guy inside "do they see onions and mushrooms?". They said no. I waited additional 6min just to get a small 1oz cup with mushrooms and still no onions.2. The fries on last night vs when I got them delivered were dorr dry and like warm. Not fresh at all!!3. Last night The cole slaw was missing from the strip platter and my BBQ sauce. And my utensils.4. The red velvet waffle from the First Order had 1 small strip on it when it was delivered yet the picture has 3 on it.(Having to stand there and ask over and over is not allowing me to grab and go either).5. Also on the First Order that was delivered no utensils. And the little 'chic strip wra'. The picture had lettuce, cheese and tomato. Mine was just a tortilla with 1 strip and a little lettuce. That's it.I'm a Foodie so when I'm ready to eat and I want something and expecting it to be what I see or read in the description...it needs to be that!Since the pictures aren't matching what is supposed to be there then the descriptions need to be updated. Bc apparently the cook on last night said the waffle is supposed to only come with 1 strip. For $20!!! Oh no.I didn't take pics last night...but here are the one's I took on my first order.Parking: It's very tight!!

I ordered corn chowder, I was given vegetable soup! Why not just cancel the item if you don't have it? If I wanted vegetable soup, I would have ordered it. The Buffalo wrap is humorous! $4 for 3 pieces of Lettuce and half of a chicken patty? I have spent hundreds of dollars with this place and to have this order be this way, all I can do is laugh to keep from being pissed off! I will NEVER purchase anything from this location again!

Such nice employees and the food was great! Im at home with COVID so ordered through UberEats. I had complications with my first two drivers so I called the restaurant. They said they would remake my food and if Uber didnt send a new driver soon that I could place another order for the cheapest thing and they'd refund me while sending a new plate. Finally got my food and it was great.

You guys, I’m fasting (Orthodox fasting). I was so hungry but it was late at night. Ive seen the review for this place and was skeptical but I was so hungry and I was willing to risk it all. The server on the phone was so respectfully and helped guide me to the restaurant. I was skeptical of the location but I am so glad I came….All I have to say is bless their heart ❤️ best vegan burger I had in a while

I went looking for this place and could not find it. Because it ends up its in a building that does food and delivery for some 20 plus restaurants. And they Saud it would be 25-30 mins so I did not order. It seemed very weird and how is it that many places run out of one place. And I was worried about cross contamination with all of them in one place. Seems like maybe it's alot of preprepared food and microwaves. So nope not for me. I guess most are just online orders that don't know it's not a regular restaurant

I'm a tipper... I don't like when a tip is automatically added to my bill. I purposefully skipped 'tip' when I ordered because I didn't know how the service or food would be. This will keep me from coming back for sure.

I ordered off of uber eats. This is the most disgusting unappetizing food I have ever tasted in my life! Do not go here ever! You have been warned. They were so bad I thought I was going to be sick! Bland nasty nasty food! Like how do you mess up grits?? & the cinnamon roll was soggy cold & uncooked. It was so bad yall. 0 stars if I could. This not a real vegan restaurant.

This is constructive criticism, I ordered via Uber eats. Food was not good. The chicken sandwich was 1 Star as the flavor of the sauces were ok, the fries tasted stale without seasoning. The cinnamon roll was soggy. The corn chowder tasted like it was spoil or going bad. The banana pudding 1 Star. I give this restaurant 2/10, please improve the quality of your food.

I can't rate the atmosphere because I ordered for delivery via Uber Eats. I had the chicken & waffle & added hash browns... BEST vegan chicken I've ever had, with one slight...the chicken was less crispy than I prefer, so I put it in the oven for about 8 mins just to get the full "crispy skin" texture of fried chicken.But the flavor & inside texture was beyond belief amazing!!?I'm definitely going to have this again, but next time I'll know to request extra crispy on the chicken.Vegetarian options: All vegan menu

I called ahead and inquired about the chick'n meat for the items on the menu. I was told that the chick'n used is not soy-based. I ordered the Crunchwrap with chick'n, fried oreos (2), cinnamon roll, chick'n wrap, and lemon cake. I ordered my food around 7:10, I got a message stating that my food would be ready around 7:39. I checked at the time, and it just said they were still preparing my food. I never received a text stating that my food was ready and what locker to pick it up from, so after 8, I just went back in. Once I got my food, I checked it, and the pictures are what I took. The fried oreos didn't look like any of the ones I've had before. The food was just thrown together. The chick'n wrap was a big pattie just thrown in a small tortilla with old lettuce on top. The Crunchwrap did not have the meat chopped it was like a large pattie thrown in there. The cheese in the Crunchwrap was not melted, and it was not tasty. There was no seasoning. The fries that came with the Crunchwrap were soft and lacked any type of seasoning. The lemon cake was not soft. Most of the icing came off on the wrap.Update: I asked about soy-based products due to allergies. I woke up this morning with a swollen face and eyes. My eyes keep running, and I can hardly open them.Dietary restrictions: Soy-based products used!

My order took over 50 minutes and I was not notified that my order was ready, like my previous orders. The food was basically thrown together and did not look anything like the pictures nor what you would expect. This is a vegan restaurant. I will attach pictures of the deep fried oreos, the ranch chicken wrap, and the other things I ordered.Update: Before I ordered my food, I called and asked was the chicken soy based (bc Ihaveafoodallergytosoy). I was told no, but apparently it is. I woke up this morning with a swollen face and eyes.
