My family and I ordered breakfast and ran errands Saturday morning. When we returned home, we realized our order was incomplete. We promptly returned to the Waffle House on Wesley Chapel Road and explained the situation. We were immediately assisted, and our order was quickly corrected. Great service!!!!

This is not my usual Waffle but was clost by where I took my car. The place is decent and the atmosphere was ok to say the least. Food was lukewarm and the customer service was poor. The old lady BoBo who acted like she ran the place was our server and she was very rude, tried to overcharge us for a coffee refill. I will NEVER go there again. Panola Road for the win.

Don’t go to this waffle house the service lady was very rude. My waffle was undercooked my waffle taste like straight dough order was expensive for the food not to be good or cooked well done this is unacceptable and I will not go to this location anymore.

Ordered a Texas bacon patty melt with onions and onions, ham, and jalapeños in my hashbrowns. Paid $16.80 and received NOTHING that I ordered. Hashbrowns were regular and the sandwich was the cheeseteak one. Considering how long I had to wait my food should have been correct!~ If I wasn't on my way to work I would have returned to the restaurant to rectify this but I didn't have time. When you call the number you aren't able to speak with anyone. Smh Will not be back to this location.

Today my server is named Shawna and I'm telling you she's absolutely Excellent, she is the definition of Best Customer Service practices. She's going to help this place thrive.
