The fact that after a certain time either do a call in order or your going to wait outside the pickup window for your food. What happened to sitting down in waffle house to enjoy a meal? You can't dine in after 2pm.

When we walked in they didn’t greet us and when I tried to order the lady was rude and told us what they didn’t do smh 🤦🏽♀️ never will I go back to that waffle house I will go to the one on my side of town just wanted a protein bowel and that was a problem so if you want good customer service do go here .

Ordered 1 waffle... it took 25 minutes. They burnt the first batch and acted like I was wrong for asking about it. And they charge a service fee and a to go fee.

Salmonella Eggs and when you pull up to pick up delivery orders, they look at you crazy and wait like 7 minutes before opening the window. They hate dashers and want them to be rated so low they get fired.

The lady that took my order with the caterpillars on her eyes got the order wrong but said she understood what I wanted. I didn't check the bag because she made it clear she understood. Well, I got home and the order was wrong. I had to go back to the place to ask her for what she left off and then she told me I had to pay for when it was already included in the previous order. She took no accountability and didn't even have enough courtesy to say she was sorry for the mishap. She look angry to begin with so I should have known something would go wrong. Accountability is at an all time low in this society. Do better and treat people how you want to be treated!
I came here to pick up a doordash order and the lady with locks an African American woman had a horrible attitude I was confirming the order she's like no no no confirm it here people steal the food this happened at 10:25PM on March 17th she had like different colored locks 3 black and 2 other colored locks and just had a nasty attitude please hire people that know how to talk to customers and people instead of people like her that are ghetto and disrespectful

The night shift have horrible customer service. Food don’t be up to par. Not to mention they have you waiting outside in the cold for you name to be called for food when they should have a system in place to let ppl know their order is ready if they are gonna close the doors at 2pm!

The service was poor and even when the place was lonely… I had to ask the waitress for the waffle like 3 times and she didn’t offered coffee refills . I shouldn’t leave her a tip .

My waitress was okay but was unable to handle all the tables she had. I was not told to get a to go order that it would be uncharged 20%. I sat down and ate then and had to pay to take food home for later. That's just crazy!!! I'll never go there again. Never have i experience anything like this at a waffle house.
