A lot of garbage, no running water in toilet facilities made it a poorer experience. There was some good information on the slaves trade there.

Ms.Lenora,was EXTREMELY RUDE! ,As soon as ,I sat down ,she walks over to the table ,I spoke,excited to see her beautiful face (she is attractive lady),And,I'm a woman,as well,mind you,..Lol,She looks at me ,poured my friend coffee, rolled her eyes and walked away towards her other tables to re-fill their coffee, Mind you ,I never got that cup of coffee, she let my friend sit for at least 20 mins prior to me arriving there.,say the lease,We got a young man ,by the name of Yunus,brand new to to job and did AN OUTSTANDING JOB ,BALANCING SERVING ,WHILE STILL BEING TRAINED,..HE WILL BE THE NEXT UPCOMING, FUTURE MANAGER, I HOPE ONE DAY GENERAL MANAGER OF THAT CHAIN! Brat waffles house hands down.. been going there 20 years from.club nights to working mornings ... Quick and ready. Ordering online is the best to me though lol..
Horrible. Ayanna was taking her damn time. I have never seen someone go sooooo damn slow. I have been to other waffle house, but damn this one she was the slowest of them all. She didn't take my order right. I guess she wasn't listening right. She doesn't finish one thing and decides to go do something else. I have been an hour already. Like damnnnn

Yunus was an amazing young man, he was under pressure from a disgruntled guest and staff that seemed to belittle him at every opportunity. He remained calm and professional the entire time and his service was commendable. I hope he does well in the future ♥️

The food is good but its crazy that they make you order from a window. It was 9pm. Not only that the lady asked if i wanted to leave a tip on a togo order i said no and she clearly got upset. To top it off when i asked for mayo and wh sauce oh its an extra charge. Yeah i wont be coming back.
