Everyone was so on top of it- the staff keeps this Waffle House clean, food is made quickly and the coffee is fresh. You can always tell the difference between a well run Waffle House and a run down one. This is very well run!

Not a great experience. Our server was kinda rude. I got an all star special and when it came it was all good but the hash browns they were Iike a potato chip. Burnt. I asked her if I could get new ones I know she didn't cook them so I don't blame her but she was kinda arguing with me because I spread them around with my fork even though I didn't eat any of them at the end I ended up buying more hash browns. There are way better waffle houses. Save your time.

I usually love this Waffle House location and have been a loyal customer for over 25 years—never had a single issue until today. After a long day at work, I stopped in for a meal and some coffee. The waitress was kind, but when I asked for another coffee refill, she told me it would be the last one, saying her manager (Shantel) told her there's a three-cup limit.
Wait—what? Where is this policy written? I even looked it up and found this response: “No, Waffle House does not have a written policy limiting coffee refills to three cups when you're dining and paying for food. In fact, the chain is known for offering unlimited coffee refills with a meal, a tradition common to many diners.”
Can someone please clarify what's going on here? Is this a new store-level policy? If you're planning to visit, just a heads-up—you might want to pace yourself, because apparently the coffee stops after three cups.
