Whoever the cook been lately around 8pm has been doing a terrible job on these eggs. They need training on how to make over medium and sunny side up eggs because these are not sunny side up. Customer service is always good.

Was basically denied service because they apparently had a big order even though it didn't look like anyone was cooking anything and they also don't open the inside until 6:30?? I thought all waffle houses were 24/7? I guess waffle house is to good for me.

They are not good with making egg whites.. only. They brought my eggs first. Then about 8 minutes later they brought out my waffles. I had to eat my eggs before they got cold. Next time bring everything at one time

This was a terrible experience.I would never eat at that Waffle house again. That was the worst experience the Waffle house on flash OS road in Decatur should be shut down.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Our server, Kay, was rude and seemed disinterested in her job. She added extra items to our bill that we didn't order and then sat down as if she were a customer. The food was terrible, and our takeout order was incorrect. It's ridiculous to charge a service tip and a takeout fee, then ask for another tip when you’re not providing table service. I regret coming to this area for food; I should have stayed in McDonough. Get it together, Kay.

Very clean and nice inside. Staff wad polite and helpful The food was good no problems at all got eggs bacon and toast. Paid and left had a great time with my son. Good service good food clean restroom. Can't complain. 💯

Don't come to this location, I ordered 2 all stars and was charged over $50. The waiter on 2nd shift waited until I left and added his own tip on top of the tip I already gave him. He will wait until you leave and charge what he wants to your card. I didn't realize until I got home. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Will be contacting corporate.

I bought a patty melt with hash browns scattered smothered and covered. I walked in to get a to-go plate. At that time, I was told that I had to wait outside in the hot sun until they texted me to pick my food up. The restaurant had only a few dine-in customers. After about 45 minutes, I went back inside to pick up my food. You guessed it it was cold. I was told that I was texted more than once I displayed my phone to show that I had not received any texts during that time. Is that company policy that you can not wait inside until your order is done that has never happened to me, and I've eaten at Waffle House in several states in the United States.
