There is much better coffee in town, served by baristas who at least pretend they want to be there working.

Been two times to this location, and had good experiences both times! This isn’t a negative review but also not a raving great review either. Just a solid, mid coffee shop. Nothing more nothing less. The prices are fine, plenty of seating and space to hangout so that’s good and the coffee is okay. Not the greatest, not the worst, 3 stars.

It was lovely. The coffee was wonderful. It was a great size for the cost. I also got a brownie, which was moist and perfectly chocolately!
I went there to have coffee with a friend and to enjoy the outdoor area. I was able to sit outside with my dog. She loved it...the natural area is wonderful.
The only negative is that they had some kind of musical event while we were there. So it was incredibly loud and we couldn't really hear each other. I wish that we had known before and could have picked a different time.

Wheelchair accessibility: The outdoor seating is all natural. So, it is bumpy and full of leaves and things. If you use a mobility aid like me, be prepared.

This place is dog friendly. Plenty of seating outside in the back, limited food menu. The coffee was nice and strong. Not my favorite in the area but still a great option. Pick here over Starbucks!

Parking: The parking lot is a gravel lot.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of outdoor space for kids to run around in.

The coffee is tasty and I like their in-house rosemary syrup. I haven’t loved their food from what I’ve tried. The service is quick, not super friendly. I like their outdoor areas and the more laid back vibe. Live music offerings are much appreciated. There is a wall full of (dusty) games too. Main improvement would be a deep clean of the entire space - dust, wash or replace the rugs, etc. The location is super convenient for me and I do my best to support this unique, local business.

Parking: The lot is gravel and has some pot holes to fill. I believe they were fundraising to get the lot redone. I know it’s been challenging to keep the doors open at times.

Kid-friendliness: There are games and outdoor areas to explore.

This spot has got to be the most hardworking coffee shop in Decatur. They work so hard to be of service to our community. Through ups and down they have remained here for their community be it a solid coffee, nice place to work outside etc. This place is way too overlooked.

I’ve been here so many times and it’s always an excellent experience. Not only is this a superb coffee shop with amazing locally roasted coffee and freshly baked handmade pastries and other goodies, but it’s a music venue as well. The owner is a tremendous human being.

Beautiful shop with good study space, friendly staff, plenty of plugs and good wifi. They also have live shows at night. A+.

They are also dog friendly inside and out, have lots of outside seating with good tree cover, and great community vibes. I cannot say enough positive things about this coffee shop.

Specific shout to the Waller Bar. I don't know what is made of but I love it.

This is THE place! Love taking my little kids to a friendly spot where they can see the same smiling folks and nice dogs. The outdoor area is neat for a calm sip under the trees. I’m no coffee expert, but the cold brew I drink black always hits the spot. The baked goods are incredible. Try everything they bake! Places like Waller’s are what make a community worth living in! Amazing shop run by amazing people. The coffee and food are excellent, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Waller’s is more than a coffee shop— it’s a space for community. They host events, and do an amazing job of connecting people to their community, from families to local artists and more. I know anytime I go to Waller’s that it’s going to be a wonderful experience full of good coffee and good people.
