While in Walmart attempting to check out, I encountered significant difficulties with the cashier. Initially, he displayed a clear reluctance to serve customers in his line, directing us elsewhere without so much as a greeting. When I attempted to use both a Walmart gift card and the Walmart app for payment, he informed me that split payment was not allowed, adding unnecessary frustration to the situation. Despite my request for assistance from a manager, the cashier continued to resist, resulting in a tense standoff until the manager intervened. Although the manager provided excellent service and resolved the issue promptly, the cashier's subsequent behavior, including yelling about insufficient funds, was unacceptable. Such incidents detract from the shopping experience and reflect poorly on the store's customer service standards. Piss Poor don't you think ?!

Dirty and full of weird and rude workers, especially at the door. I walked to asked an employee a question. Two were standing by the "exit" door. Before I could ask my question, one old lady said "THIS IS THE EXIT SIDE" to me. She then let a very old white lady go in the same side without problem, despite being rude, loud, and nasty to me. I mentioned I was only coming to ask a question. This old door lady shouldn't be working here. She's nasty just like the condition of the store.

I have had incredibly good luck in using Costco and Amazon home online ordering and delivery so I thought Walmart might be just as good. Bad decision, I joined Walmart+ and have periodically ordered items from Walmart. If delivery is done via Fedex, no problem. If delivery is done by the local Walmart store, BIG problem. Their delivery people seem to have problems finding an address during the day that's less than 2 miles from the store. Twice they've supposedly attempted delivery AT NIGHT to a senior condo complex that closes its doors at 7 P.M. Now, I'm without the item and due to "corporate policies" I'm also unable to cancel it. Walmart, goodbye.

Do not patronize this Walmart. Store management is non existent. You call for a manager no one ever. This store is in a great location but will continue to fail due to poor employee interactions with no manager available or willing to step in.

Dirty, disorganized, poorly stocked mess of a location. The employees are all in their own little world. Most of them have in earbuds. And one last thing I'll mention is the PA system. On my most recent unfortunate need to go here it was like three employees where having some sort of petty argument over the intercom. What were they saying? Who the hell knows it was squaked at top volume and repeated 5 or 6 times. And I'm sure I know what it wasn't about... helping any customers! Seriously, they ought to shut this place down. The parking garage smells like piss and weed. There's no drive-thru for the pharmacy. The automotive department is a joke. The meat all looks like it's on the way out. It's just always a bad experience at this Walmart.

Came here to pick up some groceries and supplies. This store has plenty of parking as well as aisles to get lost in. The shelves were pretty organized and well stocked. The produce was decently fresh with staff actively refilling as needed. Staff are usually more than willing to help when prompted or not. Would come again!

Waited 40 minutes for a pickup order and still didn't get it. Others who came after me were (slowly) helped and left. I guess I don't fit in.

I ordered pick up and got bacon and ground beef. Both expired by DAYS with a milky white slime visible in the package. So obviously bad and rotten. To get a refund they want me to return bad meat to the store, probably so they can try to resell it again which defeats the ease and purpose of using pick up. This is beyond incompetent it's fraud and a rip off and this store manager should be ashamed of their purposeful abuse of their clients.

I did my weekly shopping at Wal-Mart today. One employee check-stand open with 13 folks in a long line. The self-serve line had over 25 people and I had to wait over 20 minutes to check myself out. Walmart management: you may think you are controlling your labor costs but you are driving your customers away! I saw three folks abandon their carts rather than wait in line. This store needs new management!

This location forces its customers to use self checkout because they have close to zero cashiers available during peak times. I've visited in the morning, afternoons, and in the evening. Hardly any cashiers, but plenty of associates on the floor. They have well over 20 registers....but MAYBE 2 registers open. They've got to do better!!! If they want us to check ourselves out then they need to be handing out some 1099's or W2's.

Quite possible that this store is an actual portal to hell. They have all the things you don't need and none of the things you actually do need. And it is SO dirty and messy. Was in the store on 10/29/22 and they had the isles of Halloween stuff blocked by pallets of Christmas crap. Could not even get to the Halloween stuff. They were so worried about getting Christmas hand soap and other stupid useless wasteful crap unloaded that I could not get Halloween items. So incredibly stupid. Escalator was broken. And is broken every time I come here. Only 4 check out lanes open so lines were insane long. Self checkout line was 23 people long. Why waste your money on installing 20 check out lanes if you're never going to have them open?!? Lady in front of me got such bad service she gave up and walked out without buying her stuff. Just pay people better and treat them like human beings and maybe your stores won't suck so much!!! Never again!

By far the worst experience I've ever had. I asked three different walmart associates if they could assist me in finding an item in this location. I searched the website and it says the item is currently available. All three associates told me whatever is out that is all we have. NONE of them attempted to assist me in finding the item, none of them offered to check the back or look up the item inventory on their tablet. I have each associates name and will be notifying the copor office for this location. I would not advise anyone to shop here with the lack of customer service I received.

Save yourself time and money and don't bother! I tried to order sweatpants from Walmart online. When I realized the delivery date was two weeks away, I tried to cancel the order within 10 minutes. Oh no! Not possible. What century does this place exist in? Step two, drove to Walmart to search for sweatpants. The only good pair didn't have a price tag, so they wouldn't sell them to me. What total fuckups! Never ever ever again will I have anything to do with this company!
