Bad customer service. Stopped by to get 2 for $3 muffins. When I asked to change the sandwich for the one with cheese she had an attitude. When I asked for a receipt she said the machine is broken. I asked if she could get it off of another register she said she can't because it was purchased in the drive through. Just bad service. Will not be back.

Wendy’s has a large sign on Scott Blvd and in the store window offering Son of Baconator for $3.00. I wait in a slow line to order one. When I do, I am told “the $3.00 promotion is over so you still want one?” “Why are you still advertising the offer? “I don’t have anything to do with the signs!” Very poor customer experience; the owner of this location put his employees in a very bad position!

The food was terrible. The baconator burger was lacking in all the trimmings (literally). It was the size of a small Burger (shrinkaction?). We purchased $30.00 worth of food for 3 people. $25.00 of that went into the trash. The other $5.00 that was consumable was the sodas. It's been a while since I've visited a Wendy's. Now I remember why I stayed away. Lesson learned 😔

Time of order 11:40ish (I wasn’t given a receipt)Drive thru cashier was extremely rude because I chose to pay in quarters .. I pull up to the window apologizing for having $7.56 worth of quarters she proceeds to yell omg and turn towards the register she comes back to the window I say I have a lot of quarters I’m trying to get rid of all money spends lol she tells “ I didn’t say it didn’t I just don’t feel like counting it so I stared to hand the coins counting it out for her she snatches her hand and and proceeds to throw the quarters in the register food was hot but the service sucks smh if you don’t wanna do your job why come to work find something else plenty of teenagers need the job more than adult with a foul attitude like hers smh

I went through the drive thru. I said hello several times and didn’t get answer. I drove to the window to see if they were open. It was only one car in the drive thru. When I tried to talk to the girl she told me I had to go around , rolled her eyes and closed the window before I could say. “You guys didn’t answer”! The staff member is black with braids and glasses. How can you not manage when people come in at with one car at the window. The staff is extremely RUDE here and clearly don’t know how to multitask. You shouldn’t be working a customer service job if you are going to be disgustingly rude. This will probably be the only job you can get anyway. I left and went to Zaxby’s. They have better food anyway.
Do not go here! Worst Wendy’s, I never get my full order and they have about half of the listed menu items at any time.

I should have read the reviews. I usually dont eat a hamburger from Wendy’s anymore and of course this is why. I felt like I was poisoned. Every time I eat from Wendy’s. My sandwich was missing a huge chunk of paper from the burger wrapper tonight. That should have been my first clue but if sitting in the ED was the biggest clue, I don’t know what is. I have never had such a violent reaction as I do tonight….food coming out of both ends is pretty awful. They are admitting me for dehydration due to the food poisoning. Please stay away from this Wendy’s. Please stay away!!!

I gave them one star because they gave me the wrong sandwich and almost didnt gibe me my cookie until I checked my bag. But I didn’t think to check my sandwich . As I get on e way. I noticed they gave me a double check burger instead of the jr bacon 🥓 I asked for I was salty. I only eat there jr bacons

The workers at this location are EXTREMELY RUDE. I’ve given this location multiple chances because it’s close & I understand some people have bad days but this place is horrible. Every worker I’ve come in contact with has an attitude. I’ve had nuggets that smelled weird as if they were very old & the grease they use never seems to be fresh which makes the food taste off putting.
