The manager frowned her face when we approached the drive thru window. She looked disgusted like we were about to get on her nerves and how is it we were the first customers of the day and the food was already trash quality.

I went through the drive-thru. The cashier was attitude was dry. And I had to keep repeating what I wanted. When I got my order, my sandwich was dryer than her attitude. I could tell that the sandwich had been sitting for far to long. I asked for them to make it fresh, and they did. It was better because the chicken was fresh out of the grease, but the lettuce was browning and there wasn't any mayonnaise on my sandwich. I didn't even want to turn around and take it back. I just know not to ever go back to this Wendy's again.

This place is a food safety concern. Not only did they charge me for a frosty when I told them I had a free frosty keychain, the food tasted awful, like it was spoiled.

Come here most of the time for lunch and breakfast everyone is pretty friendly except the manager she is heavy set low hair cut black woman and rude don’t know her name unfortunately she never have a smile on her face very direct and never greet the customers I love the atmosphere and food when I come but when I see her or she takes my Order my mood changes

Bad service the girl in the back on production line with the dirty pants was rude and not right my order was not right she tried to tell me it was right when I was looking at my food like love your job and not the check like get some customers service.

This is the place where you go to get spicy nuggets without spicy breading. Extra onions means only one ring extra. And a place you get a medium fry when you pay for a large! btw, there are no flavors available in the Coca-Cola machine, nor is there a tea urn!
Update; nearly 2/3rds Coca-Cola flavors but still No tea urn. Still have to go back and ask for onions and mustard. Got the correct size fry and the nuggets are spicy.

Literally just got off work, went to get my kids something to eat and these 2 ladies, one was tall and the other way short and on the bigger side had the absolute worst attitudes you ever could’ve thought of, and basically threw my bag at me and when I told the short lady I was missing a large fry, she got so mad, slammed the window came back “HERE, HERE GO YOUR FRY” and when I looked at it, it was half way through and cold like it had just been sitting, I was at the point where I didn’t even want to have anymore engagements with anyone from here because it could’ve took another turn, I will never come back to this Wendy’s until they change their ways with treating their customers, if you don’t like your job why be there? Don’t treat your customers wrong because you don’t like your job!

It’s never the same, it’s like the quality be up and down each time, but they always have enough staff but orders stay getting messed up even if they’re not busy. Even the day I was food poisoned It wasn’t even busy.

Too slow. It’s a fast food not fine dining. Been waiting for 20 minutes for just a simple burger combo and baked potatoes. 6 employees and only two actually did their work. The counter person’s attitude is AMAZING
