Order a few sandwiches my spicy chicken sandwich did not have lettuce or tomatoes My junior bacon cheeseburgers were completely dried out and no lettuce on that and cold And when I asked for a receipt, they said the printer wasn’t working
I see why now they say that so people doesn’t leave reviews on how bad the food was Won’t be going back to that one for sure

A year ago this Wendy's was one of the best in the area, great service, correct order, the drive thru worked. Now it's rare if the drive thru is working, if they have large cups, if they get your order right. They seem understaffed and I'm sure corporate doesn't care but it's just a waste of money. Cost goes up quality goes down yipee

2013: Worse Wendy's in Georgia. Avoid going here at all costs if possible. The service is deplorable and the food is almost always either cold, stale, or generally unsatisfactory. Spend a tad bit more gas and go to the Wendy's further down memorial.
2025 Update: Decided to give them another try over a decade later. Come here if you like being ignored at the drive through, having your order taken incorrectly when you're asked to come inside, and selling for mediocre, like warm, slow food. I'm baffled as to how they're still in business here.

I've been to this location twice where they are closing most to switch shifts. Never heard of a restaurant needing to do this and bring that it's the only one in the area, it's a big inconvenience.
I have tried my best to give this place a chance because the employees are really nice and customer service is great. However, the food SUUUUCKS! Just serve it to the jail because it's almost impossible to get it hot. They get it out fast but it's just impossible to get it piping hot and for that reason alone I can't rate it any higher. Come on my people we like it fresh and hot. I got the Dave's single but even the biggie bags deserve to be hot.

I placed an order on DoorDash using my birthday money. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, a jr bacon cheeseburger combo and an extra fry. The Jr bacon was smashed, the chicken sandwich had a spot of mayo with bread with hard spots so I couldn’t eat it, all the food was cold and they lied to driver who picked up the order saying it didn’t come with drinks.
