Do not come here, especially with a credit card, because they will steal and lie. The cashier in the window today at 3:35pm ran fradulent charges on my credit card and didn't give me a receipt, especially after I ask for one - she lied and said it was in the bag. A couple of minutes I discovered my receipt wasn't in the bag and checked my credit card account just to find out they charged me for something I didn't order. So, I went back and confronted the issued in a professional manner and they all was unprofessional and start yelling and nothing we can do about it and refuse to give me my receipt. So, I contacted my credit card holder, so it can be disputed because I refuse to go back and forth with unprofessional people. So, warning don't come here. Go to a more professional location.

This morning, I came a few minutes shy of 7 to an empty and locked Wendy's. Whatever ship is being run here at this location is not a good one, and there ought to be a change in management. I suppose a Cinnabon Pull-Apart will have to wait for another day.

This Place is TERRIBLE. The food was cold. I couldn't even finish the burger. The sprite tasted terrible. I ordered a small and received a VALUE sized drink. And I had to order it online because she told me they don't have small combos. The manager on duty always has a attitude. She is short and brown skinned. Today's date is 1-21-2024. It is 11:30am. I advise EVERYONE just go else where. Any where. The burger king across customer service is 10x Better. They are trash. I wouldn't touch this place with a stick..

My daughter food was hot and she was excited for it. I pulled off and noticed they didn't give me her drink so I went back through drive thru and was looked at like I was lying about a kids coke but nevertheless they gave it to me and should have bc it was paid for.Kid's 4 pc nugget meal w/coke and medium chocolate frosty.

The whole staff has an attitude for no reason. They already have a 80 health score and the manager on duty today 1/5/24 at 1:20 pm has on a bonnet and having a personal phone call while preparing beverages and food. Very unsanitary. They are not following the size standards per the meal. They expect you to pay for a medium and receive a small with no complaint. I simply asked for a refund and received it but couldn’t get a receipt because the manager refused for 20 minutes until the drive thru line was blocked up. Just a completely unnecessary experience and to be met with such attitude when none was given. Really sad.
