I just left here. I ordered a Dave's double no onions. I CLEARLY SAID NO ONIONS. She gives me my food in the drive through and the meat was hot, but it had onions on it. I asked her why it had onions. She started that it comes with onions. I said I ordered no onions. She said that she took my order and she didn't hear it. The bread was as harsh as a brick and the mayo tasted old and outdated. I couldn't even finish my meal.

The experience tonight was absolutely disgraceful the manager was very disrespectful yelling having her employees be disrespectful still didn’t respond stepped off to the side yelled out since you want to call cooperate then I’m going to refuse your order snatching the receipt

They have the worst service ever drive-thru service sucks they always have you to pull to the side even if there's no cars and the drive-thru their food is never hot but they always have a delay in all their orders they don't have quality food I don't know if it's the workers or the food at that location but please don't go there cuz you will be waiting to drive through with there's no cars just because they take their time to make a order they have you to move out of line because they are on a time check ✔️ through the drive-thru but never quality food

This was a horrible experience I was rushed off the mic from ordering my food then proceeded to go to the window and had the young lady tell me (psa don’t stop talking when you ordering at the mic it very annoying) I was in shock, will nevermind come back here 0/10

11:20 AM and the doors are locked, the service was just as nasty as the food. Nasty attitudes never again I’ve never had a problem with Wendy’s but this one shut it down

I honestly really want to give them zero stars. This is the second time that I’ve been Wendy’s and they have the worst customer service in America. I swear this restaurant needs to be closed down because these workers are the worst especially the manager Lady💕 whoever she is.
Went in to order, said hello to my order taker 3 times and she just rolled her eyes at me and took my order. She clearly did not want to be here and it shows. Food is fine. I did find it strange that she was more chipper with other customers vs how she handled interacting with me. I was nothing but polite but whatever. Just go thru the drive thru if you don't want to be treated like a bother

THIS PLACE SCAMS THROUGH UBER EATS AND DOOR DASH - YOU ORDER FOOD - THEY SAY THEY DON'T HAVE IT AND WONT CANCEL YOUR ORDER - SO WHEN YOU DO - THEY STILL GET PAID FOR THE FOOD THEY NEVER GAVE YOU. DON'T SPEND MONEY WITH THEM.
