Hamburgers were served ice cold. We asked if they could remake them warm. The cook passive aggressively microwaved the hamburgers. The lettuce, tomato and onion were ruined. She added copious amounts of mayonnaise to get her point across. I won’t return because of food safety concerns.

I was rushed the entire time I ordered. The young chick taking orders was rude af. My burgers were made incorrectly. I was given the wrong drinks AND given an attitude when I told her wrong drinks. At 6:30 on a Friday they were pretty dead so to be rushed and given attitude from beginning to end is crazy work. And the fries were redropped

If you’re closing the dining room early every night just change the advertising, or hire more people. It’s clear as day on the door , it says dining room close at 10 p.m. I pulled the door at 8:15 p.m and they were locked.
Tasha should not be a manager at all. She didn't want to provide me with her last name. You may have given me the wrong name, too. I was there on December 23, 2024, at 12 pm. When I placed my order on the app, she didn't help or anything. Thankfully, the customer service agent gave me a 20-dollar credit, and I could go to another Wendy's to get something to eat! This place is horrible, and it's not my first issue here. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
Update best services is at the 4643 Memorial Drive. No problem and customer services was top tier. Its just one exit down from this location.

After saying that they should be open until 2 AM. We went to the drive-through at 1 AM. We sat at the drive-through box and no one came for about 10 minutes. We then drove up to the window while they talked and cleaned. Finally, after sitting for about five minutes at the window, the woman open the window and said they’re not taking orders anymore unless we order through Uber eats. She repeated several times that they were closed, but I said it’s not 2 AM yet. She said that they closed early. So we drove off. Very disappointed and still hungry.

Worst experience ever first it literally took 20 minutes to get my food 2nd the fries were cold 3rd i said no mayo and my burger was drowned in mayo 4th I asked for BBQ wings and they gave my hot wings this is the worst wendys I've ever been to 100% never going back to this location and I recommend you not go as well
