There is a beautiful young lady that works here. Heavily tatted working the night shift. I think she’s the manager if she isn’t she should be. Always kind. I’m here a few times a week and she consistent. I appreciate that.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I ordered a #8 which is the chicken asiago combo. I got home and notice there was no tomato on my sandwich the asiago cheese was so small I didnt even see it. The sandwich looks dry and old. I immediately went back to the restaurant walked in and there was another customer was arguing over his order not correct. I asked them to provide me with my order the manager was rude telling me they did not have any tomatoes my total was $14.62 she refunded me $11 because I didnt bring the drink back. The customer service here sucks I urge everyone not to go to this Wendy's

Food was fresh, it took a sec to order my food but after I did the line moved fairly fast. Great service and the young lady was very patient with me. (Usually they’re rushing you out the line) thank you for a good experience

Great staff. I’m an athlete so I need my lunch or whatever it might be. Anyway they made sure to get me some fresh fries and my order was very timely. Glad to have this Wendy’s near my job and home around the corner

I thought I was frozen in time. It took 1hr 15mins to get for from the dining room. But they keep that drive thru moving. And I ot saying anything else bad about this wendy but it was my last time going there

Placed an order at this Wendy's yesterday for Delivery. Order was scheduled to be delivered at 3:45pm. I get a call from my Dasher saying that they had the doors locked and she had to go through the drive thru. She gets to the window and they tell her my order is gone ? Mind you I'm tracking my order it never shows it's been picked up. She tries to ask then when and who but they brushed her off. I called to the location 3 times, finally get someone who claims to be a manager, states she just got there and didn't know what was going on but asked me to hold them she hung up on me. I called DoorDash as my order now shows it's still in progress and someone else is picking it up. DoorDash calls the person who is supposed to be picking up my order but the person says its the wrong number and they aren't them. So not only is my order MIA but so is my DoorDasher. I was issued a refund. The customer service at this Wendy's is Horrible and Unprofessional. I should have followed my right mind and ordered from Candler Rd as I always do.
