Worst wendys service that I had ever faced.

The employees were rude. After we have placed drive thorough order, they said they didn’t have fries then they said they didn’t have lettuce and they were not ready to compensate the fries with anything and then they said that milkshakes were not available.

Literally sitting in the back on her phone. On the speaker she sound like the customers irritating her. She sound like she don’t wanna work! And literally don’t care that she’s on the phone . No greetings from the back or from window! Didn’t fill my cup up. No receipt, lazy unprofessional people

Latesse is an amazing manager. I came in there Tuesday night and had a crazy experience. I ordered my normal five junior bacon Cheeseburger bags. They asked me to pull down to help with their drive-through so it doesn’t get messed up waiting on my five bags. So I pull down no problem. I love this Wendy’s location. They handed me a bag at about a five minute wait and they told me all of it was in one bag. Well, we recently bought a house in this neighborhood Once I get home and I start unloading the food, I only have three junior bacon cheeseburger bags. Highly upset because I was tired I had just got off work. Me and my husband did not enjoy a junior bacon cheeseburger bag that night. calling the manager They asked me to come back up there. I Didn’t return because I was tired. But the manager did tell me she put my name down in a book and that I could just return on another day. Well, that’s what I did. I came in today, Thursday, October 9 Letesse made sure I was taken care of and got fresh food. Her energy is great. She’s very positive and I will be returning.

This is the worst wendys ever my wife and I have been here many of times and the bathrooms are horrible not stocked up on toilet paper or cleaned properly poor customer service some employees discriminate against my wife who is white and wear Muslim clothing they are extremely rude and the young female manager there can't run the store they just sit in the back yell at each other where customers can hear and don't stock up on food and things just extremely racist against white people and Muslim people not right. I'm very ashamed of this place and I hope that corporate or the heads of this Wendy's does something about this also there customers that wait 30 min for their food we was one of them. There alot of stuff that needs to be done to make this wendys a safe and nice environment for customers and children.

I've been coming in here for over a week every other day. Why is it that I come in here today and I'm being harrased by the person that is supposed to be in charge. She's yelling that I have to order or get out because she doesn't like people sitting in her lobby. This is a restaurant is it not supposed to be inviting to customers? Why am I being harrased for charging my phone? After ordering nuggets and a frosty I was then told that they don't sell cups of water... IDK if this lady assumes I'm homeless or broke but either way if I was that's not how you treat anyone

I get to the location all the employees or outside smoky and when I get to the speaker and drive to the young lady say they don’t have any fries or hashbrowns or chili, so then that is what was the substitution and she said oh nothing I was so disappointed
