Very chaotic with only 4 guest. I was asked to pull forward with 2 cars already in front of me. Im the third guest. Obviously they were “busy” if i had my coffee while i waited i would have been fine but no. i never would have paid if i knew only a chicken sandwich and a SMALL coffee would take 10 mins. In addition, i asked for a small coffee 3 creams & 2 sugars. For my hour long commute i had no sugar & 2 creams for my medium coffee. Thanks Wendys for all your help.

We had our food delivered from the Candler Road Decatur, GA location. The fries bag and drinks were not sealed with tape, only the hamburgers bag was sealed. Other restaurants and food delivery services we ordered from had tamper-evident packaging, including tape and seals to ensure the safety and integrity of our orders during transit. We threw the unsealed food and drinks in the trash. Wendy's Candler Road, DO BETTER!

I really appreciate good customer service, but when a team goes above and beyond that’s what keeps me coming back. I visited Wendy’s for lunch today, 07/17/25 at 3p and Nija handled my order with excellence. I tried something new from the menu and she made sure it was fresh and hot, just how I like it. My fries weren’t quite up to standard, but the manager on duty didn’t hesitate they replaced them with a fresh batch, no questions asked.
The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. Please recognize and reward these women they’re doing more than just serving food, they’re upholding the Wendy’s brand with care and consistency. Keep up the amazing work!
I definitely know, amd feel the difference between employees when I was a child to now being and adult being served by immature adults, and passionless children. Quality, and truthfully it suffers greatly. Is there not a place that is suppose to specialize is fast food that is not complete trash can?

First, this area is pretty sketchy/ghetto. That being said, I eat here when I'm crunched on time. Never a problem. Employees are pleasant. Manager was professional. Did always got and good.

We rush over there only to be told their only taking orders for door dash and online. This is information that needs to be placed on their website. Needless to say I went to Checkers
