Latesse is an amazing manager. I came in there Tuesday night and had a crazy experience. I ordered my normal five junior bacon Cheeseburger bags. They asked me to pull down to help with their drive-through so it doesn’t get messed up waiting on my five bags. So I pull down no problem. I love this Wendy’s location. They handed me a bag at about a five minute wait and they told me all of it was in one bag. Well, we recently bought a house in this neighborhood Once I get home...

I really appreciate good customer service, but when a team goes above and beyond that’s what keeps me coming back. I visited Wendy’s for lunch today, 07/17/25 at 3p and Nija handled my order with excellence. I tried something new from the menu and she made sure it was fresh and hot, just how I like it. My fries weren’t quite up to standard, but the manager on duty didn’t hesitate they replaced them with a fresh batch, no questions asked.
