Went here today around 245pm 3pm order was wrong when got home went back replaced burgers left with all cold fries and 4 burgers with no taste. Today the food is disgusting. Usually the food is great I literally will walk in and give a tip to the cook because it's very good but today Saturday it sucks I really want a refund for everything. Still in bag at 3:25. Would return but not going back a 3rd time my gas not free don't run on air. Will not go on the weekend again. I'm soooo pissed. I have to figure out what I'm going to eat still. And my cookie ice cream was sprinkled with crumbs. Where are the cookies that's the whole point of buying it for the cookies 😡 ugh my rating is based off only today. Saturday December 27th 2025. 3

I normally don’t do fast-food restaurants because I’m big on controlling the environment cleanliness, customer service, the whole experience. I’m a sit-down, five-star dining type of person. But my daughter wanted Wendy’s for lunch today, and because she is truly an amazing young lady, I decided to surprise her and get what she likes. Let me just say this… Miss Diamond and Mr. Xavier were PHENOMENAL. Mr. Xavier greeted me with top-notch care. Absolutely amazing — God is truly on his life. And Miss Diamond was just as wonderful. Both of them had beautiful smiles, were professional, and took great care in making sure my daughter’s food was right. This was honestly a great experience for me, especially since I don’t usually go to fast food. The food was hot, fresh, and came out fast. Their customer service really made my day. Wendy’s is blessed to have employees like them!

Yall should really just close at 10 if the drive through takes 30+ mins to get through. It’s ridiculous and it’s everytime you come here at night. Do yall want me to come help cause if yall need it post some for hire signs outside . It’s fast food not red lobster
