I pull in at 9:45pm on a Saturday and the person over the speaker says “Wendy’s” I ask for a medium frosty. They say “we have none”. One of the things Wendy’s is known for their frostys so I didn’t think it was a big ask. I am so frustrated at the amount of places that don’t have ice cream or their machine is broken. If they had cleaned their machine for the night all they had to say was “I’m so sorry but we don’t have that available right now but can I offer you something else instead or provide a specific time the ice cream no longer is available. I know you probably don’t like your job ma’am but be a little more considerate of those that ask a simple question. Also, it’s “welcome to Wendy’s, what can I get you this evening?

Unfortunately, I will not eat here again. I was given a chicken sandwich in the drive thru, and when I got home, it was so hard that I couldn't bite it. I drove back up there, and my food was replaced with no problem; however, the restaurant was disgusting. The floors and counter tops, including where the registers are, were nasty. There were crumbs and stains all over. The floors had food and dirt all over. It looked as if nothing g was wiped down or swept all day. I can only imagine what the kitchen area looked like. It was so disappointing.

Ordered via Uber eats had 2 drivers cancel on picking up the order at the flat shoals location because the workers were playing around and was more than an hour wait for the simple order . will not order from here again very ghetto

It never fails with this location. 2/3 times I come to this location I get the rudest attitudes. I just want my food. Lady gave me the nastiest look because I asked for extra saltines for my chili. If it was such a problem I would have paid for them. Just to come home to learn my chili smells and taste scorched. Thanks again I'll start driving to the other location from now on.

This Wendy’s just close it the young workers ghetto rude can’t read cause they got my order wrong or just don’t care I wouldn’t be surprised how the manager look just by the type of workers

The company charges enough to pay the workers enough to keep quality staff on hand but, they don't. Hence high turnovers, bad service, bad attitudes, bad orders, mad customers and etc. Do better Wendy's!

Today was not their day. Stood on line for a mobile order for over 45 minutes just for my order to not be ready since the intercom was not working everyone had to order from the payment window and wait for their food there.
Putting old chicken on salad.. called 2 let team lead know.. spoke with Synai .. store cooks needs 2 be trained better sending out bad food like that.. a shame I have 2 go 2 cobb county for a fresh salad..

You better check your food before you leave the drive thru, i mean open it up amd check everything. My chicken on my sandwich was hard as a brick and obviously sitting under a light for hours. The fries were.cold. i had to.give it to rhe dog. No receipt, no hello. Waste of money
