I ordered a baked potato, it was dried out, over cooked, the skin was burnt. The potato had chives only no butter. There wasn't even butter or sour cream in the bag either.

I hate this location. I stopped shopping here 4ish year ago. I tried again nearly 5 years later thinking it had improved. Nope. Still the same. Guess I'll stop again. It sucks bc it's right around the corner from my house. Service is usually bad, the employees are very unprofessional and the orders usually have something wrong. Might as well be a McDonald's. Smh.

I would go here everyday and purchase the queso fries til one day the cashier return from the dining area and began scratching her head . And without warning started fixing my fries. No washing hands no gloves just un-sanitize . I stopped her and asked one of the cooks to fix my order. Never again will I patronize this place.

On top of this location seemingly understaffed at all times with huge drive through lines, they also will not let you use your app deals inside the store. Tell you to go through the drive through and offer no alternatives.

Here we go. The cashier staff spend too much time engaging each other than attending to the customer. The staff need more customer service training. I walked when the drive thru was wrapped around the building. While waiting a young man walked in as he was early for his shift, but kept walking from behind the counter and going back to the inner workings at Wendy's. I never saw him wash his hands and no he wasn't cleaning the dining area or taking out the trash. The last straw: when I placed my order with the young lady for 3 orders, I asked to have each order in Indivi dual bags. She took a big breath as if that were too much. (I had 2 orders I was dropping off and easy separation. I am patronizing the business. Don't need to explain my requests. All my combos came with large drinks. She came with 3 large drinks, put them on the counter and walked away. I stood there waiting for her to come back. Guess what she didn't do? Bring the drink carrier! I asked her for it and she went away simply sliding the drink holder on the counter as if I were asking too much. I could not tolerate it any longer! I firmly looked at her and told she needed some serious customer service training. Our young people need work ethics and serious workforce preparation and development skills. It's a simple job where customer service is everything no matter where you. Practice it to embody wherever you are going career wise. I won't be back because it is difficult to tolerate the small stuff some young people look at too casually. You dealing with food and service. Remember you are working. Manager please develop your people. By all means, share this message with your employees. Remember they are at work and it's not too much.
