Westside Waffle

I have no words to describe how bad this place is. When we arrived, there were people who had been waiting a long time for their food. It was no different for us. The man making the food was very disorganized, dropping things from his hands several times. He doesn’t know how to get the orders ready on time. The food was left exposed, totally unhygienic. On top of that, the orders that were ready he gave to the delivery drivers who arrived, leaving our order for later. When the food finally arrived, it was awful. We couldn’t eat anything because it was all bad. To be fair, the bathroom was clean. The worst part is the bill came to $33. I’m outraged! We were starving because we were on our way back to Orlando after the hurricane. If anyone likes this place, fine. We had a terrible experience, but we’re just visitors. Maybe the locals like it… I don’t know. This is my personal opinion.

This breakfast diner is one to watch! It’s a great place for a good bite—delicious food at great prices! I dined on the Country Fried Steak & Eggs plus Turkey Bacon w/ Orange ? juice and I was absolutely pleased with its flavors, colors, and textures of the food! I am convinced and will be back to try other meals! Love that they carry apple butter spread too! My compliments to the Chef and the Waiter, you did a great job today! ??

Came in and was greeted by Auntie at the register. The cook was on point and my food was delicious!!! Omelettes are just as light and fluffy as the Waffle House. This is the Black Waffle House! Great Job & Atmosphere!!

My first time coming here. The food was a little underwhelming, the whiting fish was a little rubbery after having it in the container for 20 minutes, and I still ate it…it fit what I was looking for at the time, which was a country breakfast. For condiments, they were not giving out any for takeout orders. Also I would suggest eating your food right then and there at the place or as soon as you receive it for take out.

They closed an hour before their closing time.. unprofessional and rude..I called at 1pm and Tasha stated their closed, the grill is off.. food is great but needs new employees.

Great food! They are very good at cooking the food properly and flavorfully. If you're in a big hurry you may want to hit the local McDonald's. If not enjoy the breakfast at the Westside Waffle it is very good!

I looked this place up for something good to eat, and to my surprise me and my family went in and was very disappointed. We were not greeted at all, there was just two people talking behind the counter. After 3 minutes the lady asked if we were eating here or taking our food to go but she was snippy about it. We decided to eat there and took a seat. Still no one came to see about us after 5 minutes of sitting down. I found another spot to go to after being treated so disrespectfully!

Horrible customer service! The employee stated that they were only taking to go orders, out of curiosity I asked why and the lady responded in a rude manner. I ignored it and proceeded to look at the menu to place an order, she begins to rush me. Energy was horrible , I had no other choice but to leave.

Placed an UBER ORDER THIS MORNING- we are regulars- normally our waffles come with the whip cream and strawberry… I called to ensure that it is done and a very rude lady stated “she doesn’t know what to tell me!” Then proceeded to hang up in my face and blocked my number-our company orders from here daily always over $70 dollars and they just lost a valued customer due to the rudeness of one employee we never spoke to before. They need to terminate that individual as what they started with “excellent service” has now drastically declined! Your employee just blocked your business from a customer. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

The food is good when you can get it. I have place several orders thru Door dash and the restaurant canceled many of my orders. I may receive 1 order for every four I might place. Evidently, they do not want the business. It is disappointing when trying to support their establishment.
