Good food, but i would season the turkey wings a little more thats my personal preference. The yams are delicious

I’m not even going to put any stars in the food category because it’s undeserving. This has to be some of the sorriest soul food I’ve had in Atlanta, and I’ve lived here well over 20 years.

The dressing almost tasted like mashed up muffins with gravy on top. It had a very off putting sweet flavor, a strange texture and I feel as if it may have been over cooked. I even tried it with and without the cranberry sauce and I still couldn’t make myself eat it.
The greens were covered in what appears to be GRIT! Aka DIRT. There are light and dark specks all throughout the greens that clearly isn’t seasoning. I’m still unsure of what it was. They also had a weird flavor maybe liquid smoke?

The Mac and cheese is the only thing on the plate I finished. It was good. Traditional southern Mac no frills.

The service was fine and I got in and out quick.

Paid over $125 for family of four the food was terrible and small portions for what we paid for oxtails and beef tips to food whatever it was seasoned with made me and my mom sick we trashed it and won't return.

I had the baked turkey wing dinner with macaroni cheese, collard greens, corn muffin and banana pudding. The food is delicious. I would recommend this soul restaurant.

Bread was burned to the point the edges were black (literally) the beans and rice smelled old. The salmon was hard and the rice with it was cold. The macaroni was also burnt and the top noodles were hard to chew. Would not go again or recommend. I ended up getting sick from eating it

This was my first visit and I was hungry!
I ordered the four vegetable plate and paid pretty close to $15.
I had black eye peas, collards, mac n cheess, and cabbage.
Pros: Collards and Mac n Cheese
Cons: Blackeye peas had too much sugar in them and no meat.
Cornbread ( little muffin) too sweet.
Ok: Cabbage & Serving Portions.
I would definitely go back for the collards and mac n cheese.

The food was filling and amazing! I'm from out of town and when I say the next time I'm in town I have to come by there to have it again.
There was trouble for me to order online because it was under the window before closing however when I called they were courteous, took my order and I was able to pick it up before closing. I was greeted and I felt they went above and beyond in customer service and I was satisfied. They didn't learn I was from out of town until I was served. Thank you so much for standing on quality and service.
