Went to Willys for the first time today (I’ve had their catering, but never been in). I ordered something for my husband and also for me and my daughters. The staff (Ricco and Jeanie) were super helpful and very kind. They gave me great recommendations and the food was also really good (and there were leftovers). We will 100% be back and can only hope that the other locations are as friendly as this one

Willy’s on N. Decatur Rd. Is great! The food always tastes fresh and delicious. The tofu is hands down the best tasting of any burrito restaurant . The staff the last couple of years has changed a lot and is now very friendly. I want to especially point out a staff member Jeanie, she is such an asset to this location. She is super helpful, friendly, happy and always puts a smile on my face. I usually go to that location with my elderly mother and Jeanie makes it a point to bring the food to our table, asks how we are doing and gives us a friendly smile. Halfway through our meal, she’ll stop by for a minute to ask how our food is. She always goes way beyond what is expected. We look forward to our visit because of Jeanie’s service. Thank you!

Our first visit The food was good The taco meat was just a very little of a scoop The guacamole was very good The lady making the meal seemed very uninterested but who knows how her day was. So not complaining. Just hope all is ok with her.
