I initially rated this location with five stars, but I'm revising my review based on recent experiences. While there are a few friendly staff members, the majority seem to lack customer service skills. During my last visit, I observed a team member handling raw meat and then proceeding to handle my lettuce without changing gloves or washing hands. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with hostility from the entire line. Despite the inconvenience, I didn't feel safe ordering from here anymore.

Today was the last time I'll go to this Willy's. The rice was completely congealed and there was zero prep work done on the cilantro - entire stalks thrown in my burrito. It's been going downhill for a while. Go to the one in Tucker instead.

So my kiddo got a reg. Chicken kid burrito she said she noticed that the chicken was a little pink ???I asked her why would you continue eating it. Nevertheless once we arrived to our destination she ran to the bathroom for a major dump and she has been complaining that her stomach hurts…… to the cooks it is imperative that the poultry is cooked thoroughly. She noticed and was happy that the bathrooms was clean smh I had to tell her just because she smelled bleach doesn’t mean it’s clean! I used the bathroom and I asked was the trash overflowing and paper towel everywhere she said yes welp the bathroom my dear isn’t and wasn’t clean because I noticed panty liner paper on the sink just disgusting…… as females yall have to do better. My kid is a regular and has noticed the new employees

Willy's is the best option for natural tasting burritos in ATL, way ahead of the competition. The staff and service at the Willy's on North Decatur is by far the friendliest and quickest. Unlike other fast-food chains, the food tastes natural. Parking is easy and the location has plenty of space to sit and enjoy a meal without having to rush. I'm vegetarian and eat there twice a week because the menu has plenty of healthy options. Please remember to say "please" and "thanks" when you order your food because the staff is very hard-working and deserves more recognition for the effort they make to please everybody!

This is the hot mess express Willys location. Doesn’t matter when you show up - they’re always behind on orders, low on food, and have 0 coordination of efforts. I get that there are a lot of moving pieces, but it is a MESS in here operationally. The raspberry lemonade always slaps though.

We put in a group order for lunch at work via door dash. One complete meal and chips were missing . Don’t even bother trying to call willys . You have to leave a message or send an email and they will get back to you the next day . It says in the phone message you have to call door dash . Apparently the only solution they have is to get a refund and re - order through door dash.Ok . So the person that doesn’t have lunch is out of luck .Not to mention the chips and salsa are old . So many better places to eat !
