I visited this restaurant today, and I received horrible customer service. I simple asked at the beginning of my order for my broccoli to be cooked down a little extra. The male(who appeared to be the manager) asked me why do I have to be soo complicated. To say I was baffled is an understatement. I'm not giving any place my money where their customer service sucks. I don't recommend going here. I recommend sticking to Atlanta's Best Wings or American Deli where they provide decent customer service and their food is good.

Iāve been coming to Winglanta since moving into the neighborhood last year, and Iāve never had issues with the food nor the service šš¾ no matter who is at the front working, Iām taken care of. If you do have any issues, the nice gentleman will make sure he corrects it & youāre satisfied š¤š¾

Horrible customer service. If the cook/person running it doesnāt have an attitude then itās one of the cashiers that they canāt keep for more than a month. I love the hibachi but will no longer support due to unwarranted poor service

Listenā¦ say it with me 1, 2, 3, TRASH!!! I am a good lover and I try a lot of different things and places and have never been able to blatantly say, that was a waste of my time and money.
I was so disappointed that I couldnāt go back to have them remake my food because I doubt it would be any better. The wings were NOT fresh, tasted burned, and were a complete disappointment. The fries were not bad & the service was great. However, I do not know how or why this place is openā¦
I will not return and do not recommend, period. šļø
