I ordered boneless wings on Tuesday because of the 70 cent deal that day, and I wanted the flavor fiery lime. I got there and they didn’t have fiery lime flavor anymore and I was so upset. But, Santana’s customer service was top notch. She greeted me, told me about why they don’t have it, and offered alternatives on the menu to compensate me! Also, very professional and excellent demeanor. Top notch customer service. I will be back 😄
