Store is in a decent plaza. Staff was acknowledgeable and showed courtesy. Got 15pc classic wings combo and Tender combo. Wings were sauced good and the chicken was not fried too hard (which I like 😘) . I had to wait on my food but that cool they told me the wait time while sitting and everything was FRESH! Service was quick since this is not a traditional Fast food restaurant .

I can't understand for the life of me why everytime I get my wings it's barely any seasoning on them. It's almost as if they are putting seasoning on one side of the wings when it's in the box. My wings NEVER have seasoning on BOTH sides. I wouldn't suggest ordering wings for delivery here, only pickup. Secondly, help me understand why ANYONE would give me the wing butter coating for the wings, when I order A SIDE OF A RUB FLAVOR. If I order HOT HONEY RUB OR LOUISIANA RUB. I want the RUB NOT a butter liquid coating. Like, come on, let's do what makes sense.

I can say that regardless of how the wings are the front end really compliments the food . Thanks for having such a great attitude toward your customers and working as a team to make sure that the food and service works hand and hand .
I recently ordered a 10-piece lemon pepper wing combo, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. The food arrived cold, which was disappointing right from the start. The wings were overly wet and soggy, lacking the crispiness I was hoping for. Additionally, there was hardly any seasoning on them, which was surprising given that I ordered lemon pepper wings specifically for that flavor. I had requested well-done wings, but they were not cooked to that level. The fries were also cold and completely unseasoned, even though I had asked for extra seasoning. The only redeeming part of the meal was the drink, which was perfect. Overall, I’m highly unsatisfied with this experience. It feels unfair to pay for a meal that didn’t meet basic expectations. I hope the restaurant can address these issues in the future. I wont be com ba for a while.
This is the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to I came in today 12/3 @ 12:19pm and the manager at the location with the small shirt twists was very rude to a lady that came in and refused to give her her food , he took the food and walked off from the lady , this location has a different manager everyday and the way things are ran is terrible everyday the food is always and hour wait to only be cold when you get it , the restroom smelled of weed and was dirty it’s a shame and I will not be back

Let me tell y’all about this location on Flat Shoal. I had a twenty piece tender and it was so good you had to see it in person it was so decorated with the hot honey sauce I juss wanted keep it Forreal but I was hungry

Located in Decatur, GA on Flat Shoals Rd, across from Kroger. It's always busy here. The food is good, but sometimes the fries are too salty.
