I’ve worked fast food before, so I understand how it But even now as a nurse, I still have empathy for every position. I’ve worked almost every job possible, so believe me I know how busy it gets during rush hour. But nobody wants to wait for their food for an hour and 30 minutes after working a 13 hour shift.
It just sucks because I place my order an hour in advanced. No point in checking my bag, I already know my order is wrong. But I don’t care. I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours at this point. Got an extra drink cup, but who cares. Didn’t use it anyways.

I ordered Boneless Garlic Parmesan wings and they were hard with very little seasoning per my grandmother. I ordered the classic Garlic Parmesan wings for my sister and her wings had next to no seasoning and her coke soda was flat watered down! My Louisiana rub wings were great. I spent 45$ on the order and for my family to not enjoy their food is unacceptable! I would like a refund or replacement

Im not even hating when i say this but, this food was not good and i don't understand how! The ranch taste like they pulled it out they house, my chicken was greasy and fries was not even seasoned to the wingstop standards. Never going back. Almost made me not want to eat wingstop ever again.

I ordered 20 wings, and asked to have them fried hard bc I don't like mushy wings. The cashier was friendly and made sure the cook knew to fry my wings longer. The cook fried my wings to perfection. I wish I knew their names so I could thank them here.

Great wings and fries. The manager was nice but the dude at the register got my order wrong twice and caught an attitude with me. Bars on windows makes me not want to dine in.

Opinion: Subpar Wingstop. There are better Wingstop locations to go to.
Explanation: My fries were bland and barely seasoned. My "Louisiana Rub" chicken sandwich either had a stale bottom bun or they toasted it too long, making it hard. The chicken itself was rather dry and they barely added the normal quantity of pickles. They accidentally gave me blue cheese instead of ranch dressing, but they corrected that without issue. The service itself was decent. They were polite, respectful, checked up on how our meal was going, didn't have a problem providing extra services when requested, and had an overall energy that was somewhat pleasant. Lastly, the atmosphere was dull & uncomfortable. The dining tables were located toward the back of the restaurant, which eliminated any exposure to natural light and blocked off all window access. This created a space that felt obscured, hidden, and cramped. Compared to the two other Wingstops I've dined in, this one had the worst interior, space, and layout. In conclusion, when it comes to Wingstops, there are better locations to go to.
